New coffee shoo / bakery. Their coffee is from Devocion coffee shop in NYC pretty good and the pastries are beautiful and tasty.

Cozy, quaint and decent coffee. Pastries were nice also. Customer service was good, fast and handled large crowd well. Nice to have a new local coffee spot up here.

At each end is entertainment, one end had a kid zone with pony rides and bouncy houses, the other end had a guy giving helicopter rides. The helicopter was annoying at times, since it buzzed the festival, but otherwise not too bad. no idea how much it cost, we were there for the cupcakes. In the middle was a stage with pretty cool bands, and some food trucks. Prices were ok, but the LINES WERE WAY TOO LONG because there were only 3 or 4 trucks. We had BBQ from Handsome Devil BBQ. Pretty decent food, pulled pork and ribs were authentic bbq. they also had other stuff including mac and cheese and chicken fingers which hit the spot. Odd thing was that you could only buy drinks from one vendor, so you had to wait on multiple lines. They had portajohns with hand washing stations outside, and they were all kept pretty clean. and there were tons of garbage cans everywhere, so you were never at a loss for one. There were lot's of tasty cupcakes from a ton of vendors. More than we could sample. the ones we tried were all good, but after a while, even for a guy with a sweet tooth, its all a bit too much. The cupcakes were pricey - $3 each. The parking was a little hectic, and the roads were dusty, so when cars went by it raised this huge cloud of dust, but other than that it was a great day.

So much fun! Cupcakes are awesome! Great day with lots of vendors! Highly recommend it!read more

Walking inside, it's a different experience at Wright's Farm. This visit, I want to buy a bottle of local wine and some local cheese then go back to the hotel. I see there is a very nice selection of Hudson Valley and regional wines. I also buy a nice local, spreadable cheese along with some crackers. I noticed towards the back, I see a wall of homemade jams. And they're all packaged in these cute mason jars! Strawberry Jelly is a must but then we went a little nutzo with a few more jam flavors as well as homemade apple sauces, fresh cheeses and pickles! Sunday, its check out time and we're heading back to Long Island after breakfast. My wife said we need to go shopping for dinner today. I said, Let's go back to Wright's Farm and pick up dinner? And this was the highlight of our trip. In the cold cases, I see homemade ravioli, one of the stuffings was corn? I had plans to stop in The Bronx and get a few boxes of Raviolis. I gambled and said lets try their corn ravioli. O.M.G. This ravioli was fantastic! My wife made it with fresh sage from our herb garden. It was a little pricey but it was better than anything I had this year. For the week, we bought a large ham steak and a ham hock for pea soup. I saw something interesting, a black futsu squash? I told my wife, lets buy one and take a chance. Amazing! My wife cooked this squash and it came out deelish. Dessert? My sons inhaled the apple cider doughnuts we bought home for them. Wright's Farm, it was a pleasant surprise to discover your local farmstand.

Add on the fact they have several Hip-Camp spots for camping overnight, and a very large field for Harvest Host members to park overnight makes this one of our top destinations this time of year. Being only about 2 1/2 hours drive from Long Island it is well worth the pilgrimage to this incredible family run farm!

What a delight!…read more Founds this place on Yelp when I was in the New Paltz area and decided to stop by for some coffee, breakfast, and to get a little work done. I arrived to find them right off a bike trail in a small shopping center. If you live or are visiting the area and are biking at all, you could definitely bike right on up from the trail. The space inside is bright and airy. It was a great space for working in and they kindly provide free wifi. I ordered a mocha made with oat milk. For milk alternatives, they have oat and sesame. I was leery having never had sesame milk to get that so opted for oat milk but kinda wished I would have tried it. That said, the mocha was splendid--rich, strong espresso and flavorful chocolate--it was pitch perfect. For my breakfast I opted for their avocado toast which was an absolute dream. Hands down one of the better avocado toasts I've had the pleasure of enjoying. The service was warm and welcoming. Zero complaints about this spot! Get to it!

The reason why I'm only leaving three stars is because there's always this one girl who's attitude is so apparent. I don't like the "gen z stare" term/ stereotype BUT this girl is a professional at it! Every time she calls out drinks she awkwardly rolls her eyes. I didn't catch her name but it's the lady with short hair and bangs!

Now that we're living in The Catskills, my quest to find that similar market prototype I grew to love in Westchester, continues. I had forgotten hubs and I came here before during one of our bi-annual trips to The Catskills. Recently though, when I searched for produce markets near work in Highland, Wallkill View in New Paltz popped up within a short driving distance. As you drive past all of New Paltz bustling shops and restaurants on Main St, you'll soon approach a sleepy farmland area overlooking Mohonk Preserve in about 5 or so minutes. I've been hard-pressed to find a market that tops my favorite one in Westchester and checks all the boxes. Wallkill View grows and sells a nice mix of produce the area has to offer. And when veggies and fruit aren't grown on-site or in season, they're sourced from elsewhere. Unlike other farm markets that operate only Sat+Sun, Wallkill V. is open everyday. Well...almost. These folks shut down for Christmas and throughout the winter- reopening in March. Prices are about $1 more than what I paid down in White Plains- but hey... I get it. Service is great though.

Then the girl behind him in line ordered an iced mocha and she made it for her. He didn't tell me this until after we got into the car. But if I had known I would not have ordered anything. My boyfriend is black and I just wondered if it was a racism thing. I could be wrong but it felt that way since everyone else was white. It happened while I was going to the bathroom at the creepy bus station office next door which you have to go to bc the coffee shop doesn't have one. I got a chocolate croissant which tasted fine but the woman who worked there made me wait a super long time while she and the guy in front of me talked about his dog. There are a lot of coffee shop options in New Paltz so you don't have to go here if you need coffee. I would stay away from this place. I was led astray by a review that said it was good.
