Horrible. Will definitely do not recommend. They kept on saying they work for me and not the insurance company but when the time came they took the check they got from my insurance company and ghosted me. My kitchen was ripped apart and they said they would get It fixed but didn't hear from them for months. I called, texted and left a voicemail for weeks until I finally got a txt from the owner of the cost of fixing everything which was far more than what the quoted me in the beginning. By that time I already had someone else that was able to do It much cheaper since Dry Right ripped my floor of my kitchen apart and my cabinets leaving me with a half done kitchen for months. Unfortunately, I have had several plumbing issues through the years and, as a result, have gone through different remediation companies, all of which I were unpleasant to deal with. But, this time, I went with a company that was highly recommended by my real estate agent and I'm glad I did. Antonio is the Field Manager who I did my communication with. He not only showed up as scheduled but was efficient in analyzing the damaged area and explaining thoroughly what needed to be done. What is more impressive is that he suggested the most cost-effective way of remediating the area by addressing only the area that was damaged. The other companies I dealt with would have taken the whole wall and ceiling out even if there was minimal damage.
