He has no evidence. We have pictures and evidence. But his contract disallows attorney fee compensation. Major loss and headache. Be sure your contract has attorney fee compensation for whoever you hire. Stay clear from this hot mess!

He was reluctant about releasing any information regarding what he actually found. He walked around with a flash light looking at items as he came to the conclusion that any and all mold that was found in my apartment was from myself. He said the results I got from another inspection agency was inaccurate and that it only picked up mold because of the mold that was ON my belongings from an "in-use leak" that he found. But my question was where did the mold come from to begin with ? Was it not the reason he and a plumber was here to begin with, mm. The leak in the bathroom wall maybe? He went on saying in a smart comment "well you need to clean your windows it's in your contract" again stating that the mold had come from me not cleaning which is not the case. He recommended throwing away or cleaning all my belongings that had this "substance" on them because it would spread but said he couldn't tell me what to do, just suggest it which I believe was a cover up to get rid of any evidence OF mold in the unit. I had to repeatedly ask if he had found mold and after several attempts he finally admitted to finding mold the very first day he came into the unit however i was not notified until my own testing was done. He even asked me if i had questions pertaining to the results i obtained from another certified company but not his which amazes me because he had no reports to show me. I believe Alex works for the contractors (management) as he stated in previous reviews that didn't seem to peek his interest and is not at all concerned about the tenants safety and/or finding the cause just blame tenants. So I'm sure I'll get some threatening review telling me to remove this as he did with others but im speaking my truth based on interactions and experience with his service. I personally would NOT recommend, not ever you're better off doing it yourself Edit : Clearly Alex's LIFE is based off responding to everyone's Yelp review because that's all he seems to do aside from actually doing his job. Instead he places the blame on tenants to appease management because that's who he seems to work for! Seeing as you dont have the address how can you recall any of the findings? You can't speak on a plumber not finding anything because he did which is why he was there to begin with, the whole pipe burst SMART GUY ! Also you would want to be a little more professional when it comes to trying to call ppl slow because I never used AI although you should. Im sorry you want to make yourself look better but everyone is entitled to leave a review with how unprofessional you have been with them. They were very professional and provided information and guidance on the cleaning and restoration process, and assistance in filing an insurance claim. We were also pleased by West Coast's repair and restoration services. Jose and Nathan were also professional and responsive. I am giving Green Flash 2 stars based on a severely rushed recent inspection and the poor quality…read moreof their past repair work. Recently, I had them come out because I suspected termites in one of our rafter tails. To their credit, they correctly identified that specific spot as just fungus and didn't try to oversell me on treatments I didn't need. However, their inspection was incredibly brief. They spent only a few minutes scanning the house, didn't check the attic at all, and gave us the all-clear. A couple of days later, I had a second company come out for another look. They spent almost an hour doing a thorough inspection and found a severe termite infestation in a different rafter tail that was almost entirely hollowed out. They spotted the signs right through the paint. Green Flash completely missed this. On top of the missed inspection, the wood rot repairs Green Flash did for us 5 years ago (costing about $1,200) have both failed and need to be redone. They spliced a rafter tail that is now loose, and it turns out they miscut a replacement barge board on the back of the house. To cover up the bad cut, they glued a scrap piece of wood over it, which has since detached and is currently hanging off the board. Bottom line: They failed to do a thorough termite inspection, and their carpentry work doesn't hold up. I highly recommend getting a second opinion on their inspections and hiring a dedicated specialist for any actual wood repairs.

On a Sunday afternoon I arrived at my son's home in Corona Ca., to find the carpet soaked so severely that I squished when walking into the family room, hallway, entry, and living room. Called for carpet cleaner to extract water after finding tiny pin hole leak in master bath, and shutting off valve. Carpet cleaner arrived to find water up into drywall, and signs of mold when the wall to wall carpet was pulled away from wall. I live in San Diego and had no idea how to proceed in finding help on a Sunday afternoon. The carpet cleaning guys called their boss who recommended Superior Restoration. I called them, as well as a second local company. Superior Restoration was first to respond within 90 minutes (the gentleman was in church and called when service ended) The second company called on Monday when they returned to work. That late afternoon, a huge truck and crew of 3 arrived in Corona, from Carlsbad. The head of the team was a wonderful guy, named Noe- pronounced Noah, (who else would you send in a flood situation?). He and his crew got to work immediately assessing damage, advising on what steps to take to engage home owners insurance coverage, removing soggy carpet and padding throughout the house, putting up several huge dryers in various areas, sealing off the few dry areas not impacted by water/mold damage. They left around 10 pm and were back the next morning to begin again. The only issue I had was related to getting the money from the insurance company to pay Superior. The girls in the office worked with me to keep the lines of communication open, and help provided any information requested by insurer. I would recommend Superior to anyone. Their level of expertise and customer service exceeded all my expectations. I trusted them in my son's home and the work was done with a level of care I have not experienced before. After finding a long time water leak in our kitchen and noticing signs of mold we started looking for mold removal company here in Carlsbad . We call several companies and Superior Restoration was able to come out the same day . They brought out their mold testing equipment and found out that we had mold threw out the second floor of our house . This was not what we wanted here since it would mean a major upset in our life , and the school year was just starting . The upside is that Superior Restoration was able to get the work done very fast and made ever effort to keep or life as normal as possible . I had a neighbor recommend Superior Restoration and decided to give them a try with cleaning my carpet and area rugs. Everything went smoothly from setting the appointment to finishing the job. They showed up on time and there was no hard sell on everything else they do, like a lot of other companies do. We got home at 1:30am in the morning from a trip to this unfortunate disaster and they were prepared to come at 3am after we got off the phone with the insurance company! Big shout out to Mike, Garrett, and Ivan. From the very beginning, their team treated us like family. They were incredibly responsive, quick to act, and consistently professional in every interaction. But what truly stood out was the way they made us feel throughout the entire process. They took the time to walk us through every step, made sure we felt confident in every decision, and gave us a level of reassurance that only comes from true expertise. At a time when everything felt uncertain, they brought clarity, calm, and trust into our home (keep in mind I was 9 months pregnant and they still gave me peace). They didn't just handle the drying and restoration, they completely changed the emotional experience of what we were going through. I never thought I would say this, but I no longer associate this situation with stress or trauma. Instead, I think about how positive the entire process was because of them. If I had to go through this all over again (which I hope I never do), I would choose Dry Right over and over without hesitation. I'm genuinely going to miss seeing their team, they were wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend them enough. I wish more contractors operated with this level of care, integrity, and professionalism.

We hired SunCoast Restoration in 2025 for mitigation and restoration following water damage…read more The mitigation portion of the project went smoothly and was completed without issue. Unfortunately, our experience with the restoration phase was much more challenging. From an administrative standpoint, we received a final restoration invoice that did not properly reflect payments we had already made and included materials we had purchased ourselves. We notified SunCoast of these issues immediately, provided receipts and documentation the same day, and were told the invoice would be revised. Despite multiple follow-ups, we did not receive a corrected invoice or meaningful communication for nearly two months. Instead, a mechanic's lien was filed against our home based on the uncorrected invoice. After filing a complaint with the BBB and notifying SunCoast that we intended to pursue the issue further if it remained in place, we finally received a corrected invoice. We promptly mailed payment, and the lien was subsequently released. We also experienced workmanship concerns during the restoration process, including loose fixtures, electric work and finish details that required additional attention after project completion. By the end of the project, we were exhausted by the ongoing billing and communication issues and chose to address some remaining items through another contractor rather than continue working through SunCoast. In addition, we experienced a gas leak after returning home. The workers had moved our gas dryer and did not properly secure the gas line but put the dryer back in its place. We had not been informed of any concerns regarding the gas connection or that there were precautions we should take before turning the gas back on. We ran laundry overnight and woke up to the smell of gas. We notified them and they took full responsibility. Fortunately, no one was injured. While some aspects of the final restoration turned out well, the combination of billing errors, prolonged communication gaps, the filing of a lien during an unresolved billing dispute, workmanship concerns, and the gas safety issue made this an unnecessarily stressful experience. My advice to anyone considering this company would be to carefully review all invoices, maintain thorough records of payments and communications, and inspect completed work closely before making final payment.

When the insurance company predictably tried to nickel-and-dime me, Restoration 24 was a true advocate on my behalf. They handled the dialogue directly and got it resolved. I wasn't sure it would make this much of a difference, but it really did. The building feels clean again, and we're so happy with the results. Valente kept us updated during the whole process and made sure everything was done right. You can tell he actually cares about the quality of his work and making sure the customer is happy.

Positive: The workmanship, as far as I can judge, was fine. They knew what they were doing and--eventually--got the job done. They also contracted with someone else to handle the asbestos abatement, and that proceeded without incident as well. Whenever I spoke to the staff or emailed them, they were always courteous and pleasant. No trouble there. However... Negative: Communications with this company were, to say the least, confused and chaotic. I received emails from what must have been over half a dozen people. At one point, it was getting so crazy that I finally complained about it, and one person actually apologized and promised me that everything would henceforth run through her. It didn't. I kept hearing from new people, none of whom seemed to know what their colleagues had been saying. Similarly, the total amount of the estimate kept changing, and it was extremely unclear to me what I owed, or what the scope of the work eventually was going to be. The proposals or estimates were extremely difficult to decipher (although they did include a lot of photos, and that is a good thing). Finally, they were extremely slow. The initial assessment was simple and straightforward enough, but it took months of repeated calls and emails to get them to finally do the work--which took only two days. Once they actually did it, everything was fine, but what should have taken a few weeks at most dragged on for months. This created a great deal of personal hardship for my mother and for me, and became inordinately time-consuming and complicated. If it weren't for the poor organization and communication, this company could easily be in the five-star range.
