He should have told me that before he even took the job so I could have chosen someone who would clean that area or at least so I would have known what to expect. Then when I asked him to return to do that area, he said it would be $200 to come back. There were so many ways to have made me a happy customer. He could have just cleaned that 2 square foot spot by hand, he could have told me he won't clean under stoves so I could pick someone else, he could have let me just nask off that area with a cover so there was no risk of cleaning near it. Instead, I got nothing. So 5 stars, minus 1 for not telling me ahead of time about the stove, minus 1 for the exhorbitant cost to return, and minus another for not living up to his 100% satisfaction guarantee.
