I read the amazing reviews for the salon and for Paul and am so glad I booked. I wanted to go platinum blonde from the dark blonde/brown I was. I came in with a mix of previously highlighted hair and box dye and Paul was able to create magic. He was up front about the risks and what would be needed on my end to maintain healthy hair once bleached, but still gave me the confidence that he could do it. And he was right! He took his time and was meticulous about not bleaching the strands that were previously highlighted and gave me an amazing deep condition. My hair actually feels healthier than before somehow. I have very short hair and only came in for a root touch-up, three highlights, and a quick bang trim. Somehow, the stylist managed to stretch this out into a four-hour process just to rack up a bill of over $500.00. The salon itself is funky, located in the middle of nowhere, and nowhere near worth the premium they are charging. To make matters worse, management is awful and incredibly nasty to deal with. It's pretty clear how they can afford to take their team on extravagant vacations--they are doing it by completely overcharging and taking advantage of their customers. Save your time and your money, and go somewhere else.
