The outside of the shop has a big covered area full of Christmas wreaths, garland, decorative signs and clearance racks. Inside is more of the ornaments and more indoor decor items. It's a small shop and easy to walk through and see everything in about 15 minutes or so. The staff was friendly but not overly attentive- they are respectful of your space but available for questions. I like that. Restrooms are not available at the Christmas Shop. If nature calls during your visit- you have to high tail it over to the main building adjacent for relief. Not a huge deal except that you want to walk quick through the parking lot this time of year- as they say: "Baby, it's cold outside!"

While he was at the computer he pointed the firearm to his right. He pointed the firearm at me and the customers that who he was helping. I commented that he had just flagged me with a firearm. He shrugged his shoulders and kept on walking. He didn't apologize or say anything. It was the most disrespected i have ever felt in the store. Anyone that is handling firearms, with a trigger lock or not, should know the universal firearm rules. 1. Treat all firearms as loaded and always point in a safe direction. 2. Never point a firearm at anything you don't want to destroy or pay for. 3. Keep your finger indexed until you have sights on target and you have made the decision to fire. 4. Know your backstop and what lies beyond it. Your employee violated universal rules 1,2, 4. I don't know the condition of the firearm. I know that I was looking at the muzzle and that he was pointing toward the other customers and toward the corner of the store. This event occurred at approximately 1315 hours. You can review the camera footage and see what I am talking about. I also spoke to the fishing manager about the incident. I was very upset at the lack of respect. A simple sorry would have sufficed. I have Hunter Education Students that are better at muzzle control then this associate. I recommend he be fired for violating the firearm rules. If he has done it once, I am sure he has done it multiple times. I am not going to let this rest. This is not the way people need to be treated.

Their hours are incredibly convenient (5:00 AM - 10:00 PM), which makes it easy to pop in anytime. We even visited during a snowstorm -- and yes, they were open!
