In a couple of hours, Tim got it running again like new. After that good experience, we asked Tim to do a regular service on our dryer. He was so thorough. I was surprised to see the whole drum removed. Even more surprised to see the amount of lint hidden inside the machine. The vent underneath our microwave had not worked in years. We'd had many repair people try to fix it in the past but with no success. Tim figured out the problem and fixed it very quickly. Waiting on fourth delivery. Scheduled for last Monday. Random reschedule posted on app. Called the useless 800 number, they said they couldn't do anything. Went to the store; they rescheduled for Saturday. Saturday comes around, nothing. Had to call the 800 again, rescheduled for today. Repeated the same thing, f'ing delivery canceled. Went to the store. Store reports the fridge is there and just goes "dunno, lol". delivery scheduled for Wednesday now. This is the worst service I've possibly ever had. I only want to make others aware: do not use BestBuy. The customer service is compartmentalized and useless. If something goes wrong there is no follow through and nobody has the ability to actually fix any problem. I've had better luck with Costco delivery; at least they didn't crack a tile in my kitchen (And good luck getting that dealt with). I'm sad to say all this; I really wanted to like BestBuy.
