They did end up honoring he parts of the pricing "they" insisted they didn't quote but it took multiple phones calls, one to the guy on the job and another to their office. The guy on the job was short with me and nervously insisted he had to "get back to the job", the office was much more helpful but still said they didn't more how to turn these AI features off. Had I known it was going to be this price and hassle, I would've booked a different company. They did the job. They were late but did communicate that well.
