How can your dryers catch on fire (MORE THAN ONE DRYER) burn customers items and not do ANYTHING BUT BLAME THEM FOR IT??! Same story at another bubble land (you had a lighter in there) they'll tell you if this happens to you (it's posted on fb and 2 other girls are coming forward with the same thing! They won't cover the lose of items they DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS THEY CARE ABOUT THEM SPENDING THEIR MONEY THERE! ITS SO DIRTY!!! The soap trays have MOLD!!!!! A lot of machines are run down out of use and broken more than half the store! They seriously do not care just want money coming in never go here! read more

Awesome service and costumer service my clothes were wash and fold to my liking. They also smelled awesome

I like bubble land because it is clean, friendly staff and they're always disinfecting the place. They seem to have traffic control to keep people safe from the virus as best they can. The card reader is the only disappointment as it doesn't read right away a lot of the time. I really like that the have 80 pounds machines and dryers for bigger family's to use. I almost always pick this location to do my laundry here. It's a 24/7 location. Always clean and never have problems here. Best time to come in would be during their deal between 12am-5am. All the washers are 40% off. But avoid 12am. The place is packed, wait a little bit and the place will empty out like a ghost town so you can have the place to yourself. No fighting over a dryer or a cart after the mad rush. read more

Came here to do laundry and saw free dry. Yeah baby! Doh! They jacked the prices way up on the wash though. I think the small/regular machines was $4.65, but they were about $2.xx or so back then. The machine a bit bigger was $5.30 and use to be about $3.xx. I don't spend no $2 on dry now. It use to be $.025 for 14/15 minutes. Bogus! Won't be coming back! read more

The prewash lasts about three minutes and it has the most water only during the pre-wash.. During the entire wash cycle it's like your clothes aren't even in water. So it seems like they're not even getting washed thoroughly. I paid for the $7.50 wash and you can't even see the water level go up a quarter of the way, mine you it's only half full. I won't be coming back here. There's not enough agitation with soap and water to know that your clothes are clean... I am big on personal hygiene, and I also want to smell good when you take your clothes out of the washer, they don't even smell like the detergent or softer you used.. I do a cap and a half to two caps.. And a cap of softener.. two fabric sheets, and your clothes just don't really smell like anything read more

Going to have to find a better laundry mat! Becareful the machines are not only an overpriced rip off but they also steal the credit on the laundry card. I put $23 used one machine for $6.50 and another for $5.30 and when I went to put another load it said my card had only .30 on it! What happened to the other $11? They did refund me but only after having to wait for the owner to come and give me my credit back. What was supposed to be a quick wash on new year's Eve was just made more time consuming with the mishaps of their value system. What ever happened to just using quarters???? read more

I have in the past 7 months had to start using the laundromat. I usually go to the 51st and Western location but had been at Target and this location was closer. Long story short, I've been washing there and had no problems until I went to the Archer location. I had my clothes and comforter I washed. My comforter however was damaged. I called them, I've now made 3 trips there. I showed the lady attendant on duty the comforter she saw the damage I even showed her a picture I had of a pillow case that was washed and dried with the comforter where you can see how hot it got because the colors and pattern of the comforter is now on the pillow case which let me be clear does not go with the comforter. Management then calls and says there's nothing wrong with their dryer. I went back in again like they asked and I showed them the colors and how it got so hot it transferred onto the pillow case which again doesn't even go with that sheet set. Now I've had no call returned at all after the last time I was there and the attendant working wouldn't take a picture of the pillow case he wanted me to bring it back again the next day. Called and left a message and I'm still waiting for the call. Unbelievable and I totally don't appreciate the owner trying to say it was my comforter, ok then what about the pillow case that doesn't match the comforter that has the pattern all over it. Can you even give a star to this place?? NOO! I've lived in the neighborhood for 15 years I've come to this laundry for 10 years but today was the worst ever. It had happened to me before, but didn't mind it because perhaps the "old lady short lady with blond hair" (which I asked for her name in a friendly way) said I can call her what ever I want. So today I will call her Teresa, (sorry to offend all the Teresa's) any way here is what happened to me and my mother for the second time, laundry gets packed and Teresa's friends come in and wash they see there are no carts available and here comes Super Teresa to the rescue. But here is where it gets better, she sees I'm going to start to take out my clothes and she decides that for the second time she needs to tell me and my mother to give her out carts why because is obviously from all the costumers we are the only ones that she is not friends with. She start saying that's we have all the carts in the laundry, must I say I wash my family's clothes (4 machines) my mother washed hers (5 machines) we each have 2 carts that are in bad conditions, because we are doing separate loads. She starts making a show. She wanted to force us to give her one. And I think is rude of her and out of hand if we are going in to spend $50 I have a the rights to use two carts if I want. But according to her that's a lot. I know they won't do anything because the manager must be related to them. That why she was more rude and laughed at my face when I asked for her name. Rude and unprofessional people like her should not be working in a friendly place. Plus she does nothing. The owner is wasting his or her money in a worker like her. Because there is always water on the floor, all machines are broken or she is always sitting drinking her dunking donuts coffee. I hope they do something about her fast. But they won't they will ignore this and many other complaints, because I'm sure I'm not the first one. Teresa, you should start acting your age and be more respectful. read more

WASHERS DO NOT WORK! I used about 10 of them the large ones, medium and small size. Their detergent an softener dispensers DO NOT WORK, I complain to the person who works there I was told the get clogged often. I spent $50 + my expensive products and 6 hours washing and drying, and my clothes ended up dirty with NO softener released into the clothes. I AM SO PISSED TOOK A DAY OFF TO WASH AND MY FREAKING TIME AND MONEY WASTED! DO NOT GO HERE, THEY DO NOT GIVE PROPER MAINTENANCE TO THEIR WASHERS THEY DO NOT WORK!! read more
