We heard about EcoClean Home Services from multiple sources (i.e., Tom Martino, online research and a neighbor from our old neighborhood). We made an appointment and EcoClean's representative, David, knocked on our front door right on time, was friendly and professional. However, before he began cleaning, he explained the cleaning process in detail. We had lots of questions because we'd never had vents in previous homes cleaned before (didn't think they needed it). Wow, were we wrong or what!! During the extensive cleaning David showed us before photos from his cell phone, and then followed up with another shot of the same location of an exceptionally clean vent. We both had questions about our evaporative cooler on the back side of the house, and he even went to the trouble of explaining how to operate the evaporative cooler, empty it before the next winter, clean out the filters, etc. After the job was completed, he asked again if we had any questions, and proceeded to clean and remove all of his equipment. On top of that, they provided individual filters for each floor vent and high‑end furnace filters, promising to return in nine months to replace them--or sooner if needed. The…read morefirst time, we didn't have the right part because when we purchased the dryer for our previous house, Sears took the rear venting parts. We ordered the part and Donny came out again but this time he couldn't get to where the part needed to go and it's not in his scope of work to take our dryer completely apart. He really tried hard to help us which I truly appreciate. Dryer Vent Wizard at least attempted to solve our problems when every place else I called just dismissed me and said they didn't do what I was looking for. I guess we'll just use the dryer as is, taking up a large part of our laundry room until it dies of old age and then we'll figure it out.
