She's super personable and friendly, I definitely trust her in our home. I will say that she can be expensive in comparison to other cleaners, only because she takes longer as she is very thorough. No problems taking the voucher from Weekly Plus. One cleaner showed up and communicated nicely to what my expectations were. She informed me she was found on Craigslist and just needed to help with the vouchers. A bit disappointing and not a lot of experience. It showed. Unfortunately it was more of a surface clean, which I can do. The most disappoint piece was the cleaner so kindly stole from me. It was around the holiday season so gifts that I had not wrapped yet, went in her possession. Informed the owner of the situation after the fact, and was offered the same deal with a new cleaner. Very hesitant to try them again as I lost too much with a mediocre clean. Not recommended.

We just moved to Parker, and were(are still) looking for a new cleaning service. We have used a…read moreservice for many years in Dallas, and had a wonderful experience with them. In order to see if we liked this service, we decided to do a clean of our kitchen and bathrooms and were told the "hourly rate" would be a good start, and were sold the 3 hour service. Since we had a similar service in Dallas, and it took 3 hours to do the same amount of rooms as we asked to have done in our new home, it seemed a good estimate. We already clean these areas ourselves regularly, and do not have cluttered spaces, so this is all about getting it to shine. The hourly rate was very high, but we were told this company is "wonderful", the cleaners are "very experienced and great", and "we have a floor to ceiling guarantee on our service", so we went with them. On the day of the service, a girl showed up and announced that she doesn't clean very often..she is the "office manager", and is 7.5 months pregnant, but the cleaner hadn't shown up to work, and therefore she would "do her best". Ok. She started with the kitchen...2.5 hours later, she had completed about half of the kitchen. The counter tops and half the cabinets (couldn't reach very high being so pregnant), half the appliances, and wasn't even going to start the floor. She then did one tiny 4'x4' powder room....not the floors there either, and not very well. So, after 3 hours, she had done a lousy job on the powder room and hadn't even finished half of the kitchen. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. We called the office to discuss the situation. Because we had been told there was a guarantee...and the "cleaner"/pregnant office manager clearly was not capable and probably should not have been cleaning anyway...we felt the company or the owner would fix this situation. We couldn't be more wrong! Unfortunately, the only person we could get ahold of in the office...was, I assume, the office manager? She told us a few very interesting things about this company. 1) There is no, like you read in their collateral; "guarantee regardless of service" on the hourly service. If they only do half your kitchen and a tiny powder room..that is fine by them, and should be fine by the customer paying $44/hour. 2) We were not "allowed" to speak with the owner or anyone else....Ashley informed us that the owner "Crista" "empowered" the office managers to speak for the company and since the office manager deemed our experience "fine", there would be no further conversation, and we would not be getting any contact with the owner...we did inmail Crista, and have rec'd no response, so I presume that she doesn't care either. 3) Additionally, we were sent an estimate for almost a $1000 for them to clean our house. Simply outrageous. I cannot in good faith recommend this business. Their quality, practices, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is not in line with other cleaning services/companies we have used in the past.

Due to our schedule, Luciana's helper was not available for this first cleaning, but she did a thorough job by herself in just three hours. We are on an every-other-week schedule for routing maintenance cleaning.
