Because I was waiting for all the insurance pieces to line up, the holes were in my ceiling much longer than I expected. But PDR was patient and Amber Yost checked on me every once in a while. Once everything was in place, the work was completed in one day - yay! The crew was efficient and quick, and there was no signs they had been there (i.e. paint splatter, etc.) They covered my home in plastic, made the repairs, and painted my entire ceiling to match. You couldn't even tell that I had previous damage. Looked brand new. I am very thankful for the repairs crew that came in - Gilbert, two workers and Keith. Thank you for the good work.

Based on your initial experience with us, how likely are you to recommend Paul Davis Restoration to a friend or colleague?" I then called Paul Davis and said I wasn't aware that I had not chosen to proceed with them. Ultimately, we set up an appointment for Friday August 8 at 9:00 AM. They showed up at 8:00 AM. I am still asleep as I have medical problems. They left phone messages saying they were there. When I returned the call shortly before 9:00 AM, I reached a voice mail. Left a message call was returned. They denied appointment was set for 9:00, saying they said between 8:00 and 9:00. I voiced my displeasure with the entire process of dealing with Paul Davis, whereupon I was told they would NOT work with me, as we were not a "good fit". The fault is entirely theirs and I told them I would give them a lousy review, Here it is. I would not recommend them and in fact would discourage anyone from using them for restoration services.
