Late on a Sunday night, they responded to my Yelp inquiry and Carlos was there within hours. Carlos kept me informed of his eta as he was on another emergency call. He brought all the equipment in and got everything setup for the drying and clean up, taking care to move my dad's furniture. Carlos was very efficient and checked in repeatedly to ensure everything was drying out, also removing baseboards to allow the walls to dry out. Within a few days, everything was dry and Carlos put all the furniture back. When I got the bill, I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price! The crew called me an hour before they headed over to my home, at my request. The pricing is honest and fair.
