Should have called on day 1!! I did not know much about water restoration until I had a washing machine flood in my basement. I walked around for 2 days with a towel squishing water out from between my tongue and groove flooring. As the flooring started to cup, I finally called Ruslan at Dryout Water Damage Restoration. He immediately responded and had concerns about mold and bacteria and our health (things I did not think about). I explained that I did not want to replace the floors at this time, and he listened and did what he could to resolve the problem. Ruslan sprayed the floors, set up his equipment and the dry out process started to happen. 15 days of heat, fans and equipment running the floors were as good as they could be without removing and replacing them. The cupping is not even noticeable. Ruslan has knowledge, skills, and abilities not only with the dry out process but with general construction, subcontractors, insurance claims and others. He saved our laundry room floor! We waited way to long to call him, about 2-3 days but he was still able to get our floor taken care of.
