Before and After Fix of stair handrail
    Christine F.

Impressed! I don't say it lightly because we've worked with so many contractors as we've renovated our house and Edward and his team really stand out! I had called Drywall master to fix the awful work done by our previous contractor. Our media wall was not level, the garage drywall was unfinished, the interior vents were not flush to the wall, and we had a hole where the stair rail met the wall. Edward was able to give me a ballpark estimate over the phone and we set up a date for the following week. I really appreciated his clear open communication and as we got closer to our appt date he even sent me a text to confirm. On the day of our appt he showed up promptly and on time. Then we walked through the house and he got right to work with his partner. They also protected the surrounding areas where they would be working. I'm super impressed with the level of detail that went into fixing our home. At the end of the day when the work was done I inspected every area and could immediately see the improvements. The quality of work was like night and day between Edward and the crappy contractor we had before. They also cleaned up really well after the job was done and made sure I was happy with everything. I am pleased to find out that Edward also does other things like floors, painting, tile, framing, and general carpentry. We are definitely adding him to our permanent contacts list for who to work with for other projects in our home. Would highly recommend!

The Dry Wall Master STRIKES AGAIN!!!!! I contacted him and luck was on my side! He was in town and I needed the job done and he came through! 4 recessed lights and dry wall patch work with dimmers. Best prices in the state of California! I won't use any other dry wall guy. Gonna book my garage remodel ASAP with him. Trust me you need any dry wall or lightening done. He's your guy. Attention to detail and if anything doesn't look right he will go above and beyond to fix it and make it right!

Drywall Master deserves his name! I hired him to do a large popcorn ceiling drywall replacement and multiple small holes, and he was friendly, fast, and thorough. He spent a lot of time prepping the areas with plastic sheeting to mitigate any dust and debris. I appreciated the care shown for my living space. While repairing, I watched for a bit and he explained some of the work he was doing, his experience, and about different types of mud. The project was done in a single morning at a fair price, and I will use him again if needed!

Eduardo did an amazing job with our drywall repair! He was able to come over and repair just in time for our Thanksgiving gathering, he texted us to let us know when he'd arrive, and made sure we felt confident about the repair. We wer happy with the pricing given the size of project along with a friendly and efficient crew.

Edward is fantastic. He is thorough, attentive to detail, very communicative, and does great work. He brought my 1980s house to the 21st century by scraping the popcorn ceilings in my whole house, as well as installing over 30 new LED lights in my ceilings, plus dimmers and new switches. There were existing lights that were no longer needed and he put patches over those. He also painted my ceilings, installed two ceiling fans, and new light fixtures. He may be the drywall master, but he excels at so much more. These projects were messy but he kept my house clean and protected my surfaces. Throughout the project, he was constantly in touch and very straightforward with me. Edward also sent me progress pictures, which truly was above and beyond. He gave me a fair quote and explained every part of it when he went over it with me. I appreciated his transparency and industry knowledge. It was really exciting and greatly appreciated to see his work in progress. I am absolutely thrilled with the work he did, and will absolutely hire him again for future work.

Edward is a very skilled tradesman. I reached out to him about some odd jobs I have because he did such excellent work for us before (drywall repair). This time he fixed a glass shower door that was off the track and needed new brackets, and put up 4 new ceiling fans. Including taking one down and relocating it to another room. He was prompt, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

We had seen Edward's work in our neighborhood; and called him for a bid. He responded immediately, and was able to complete the work within a few days. He did an amazing job, and I recommend him without reservation!

Eduardo was awesome to work with! He was prompt with communications and very efficient. I appreciate his willingness to work with me on pricing. He even went above the initial scope of work (adding insulation in the wall). Would highly recommend Eduardo to my neighbors and plan to use him for future projects!

Eduardo is clean, efficient and he really knows what he is doing. Fixed the leak in my upstairs toilet and re did the part of my 1st floor ceiling like nothing happened. He really is the Drywall Master! Not to mention competitive pricing too.

Fantastic, because I have plenty of positive things to say about Bryan & Co. First of all, let's go back to trust. It's really hard to find companies and people you can trust, but Bryan is definitely one of those select few. He spent so much time on the phone with me explaining the details and process of the job I needed done. He never got frustrated with my endless questions or my indecisiveness. He taught me all about mold, mitigation, remediation, restoration, and the process for estimating costs. He set my anxious mind at ease, which is not an easy task. Then his team came and did a great job! All of the recon companies mentioned they were worried the counter top would get broken during demo, so Bryan sent his counter top guy out to take it off. Success! Counter top stayed intact as did everything else that should have. Here's a very impressive thing: Bryan accurately estimated a job that someone (who will remain nameless) gave to a company with a lower initial estimate. Not shockingly, when the job was done, the bill was what Bryan quoted from the beginning. I tell this story so you know that even if his estimate is higher, it doesn't mean ANR is going to be more expensive. It just means they are more accurate, up front, and honest. So again, stop wasting time reading and getting tons of quotes. Certainly don't make the mistake of going with a low-ball company. Just call Bryan and rest assured All Nation will do right by you and the job will be done right.

Dishonest, dirty, and disrespectful is the kindest way to describe PuroClean of West Austin. I…read morehired them in November 2023 after my upstairs neighbor's washing machine malfunctioned and flooded my condo. Among the many horrors I experienced, PuroClean of West Austin left construction trash in my 500-square-foot condo for more than 9 months, forcing workers to step over trash every day they showed up to work, which wasn't very often. The trash was only removed after I fired them. Even then Oswaldo argued that he was allowed to leave my small home full of trash. PuroClean employees used my washer and dryer instead of a sawhorse to cut sheetrock. Again, not a problem for Oswaldo Loor and PuroClean. However, that's all just disrespectful. The most egregious offense is the extent of insurance fraud they're committing which raises costs for us all. They replaced my damaged sheetrock with cheaper, thinner sheetrock leaving a gap between the flooring and the wall. Either they didn't know how to install the baseboards because of this gap or couldn't see them because of all the trash, I'm not sure. They only installed 3 baseboards in the bedroom. The second contractor replaced the rest. PuroClean only painted the walls in the bedroom; I painted the baseboards and all the other walls and ceilings. They were paid to paint everything. PuroClean addresses their much higher prices by claiming their work is better. If anything, it's worse. Their prices were more than double the other 3 bids I received for the rebuild. I had to fire them and hire a new contractor at which time PuroClean of West Austin decided to hold hostage my personal property claiming they had done extra work beyond the agreed-upon scope. I had to pay them for this "extra" work plus additional storage fees before they returned my personal property a month after I asked for it. That's extortion. Again, not a problem for Oswaldo Loor and PuroClean. They used at least 4 times as many boxes as needed for the packout. More boxes, more storage space, more profit for PuroClean! Nearly empty boxes, stacks and stacks of them. Boxes floor to ceiling, taking up the entire space, so many they had trouble bringing the last few inside. Yet they somehow managed to damage most of my furniture despite it being all wrapped and taped. It's almost as if it was damaged intentionally. Waldo kept pressuring me to pay him directly instead of waiting for the insurance payment. I figured it was because the insurance reimbursement would be far less than PuroClean's pricing and it was. Far less. One of their tactics to get more money is to have the client, me, argue with the insurance company until they agree to pay more money. Regardless, I live in a condo and the HOA portion is not mine to repair. A professional wouldn't work on a home without the owner's permission. I'm not the owner of the HOA property. I had no reason or legal authority to pay to repair HOA property. Waldo hired Ivy Buchanan a few months into my experience with them. Ivy initially refused to refund for work they were paid for yet didn't complete. She claimed I had "released" them therefore no refund was due. Even after admitting they hadn't finished some of the work they refused to refund anything until I provided line items on the invoice that I "thought" hadn't been done. Waldo and his office manager Ivy refused to refund me for the painting they failed to complete. I painted everything myself except the bedroom, although PuroClean was paid by both the HOA insurance company and my insurance company for that painting. PuroClean left a single coat of primer with most of the nail holes exposed, not filled, sanded, or painted. It's shoddy work all around. I could fill this page, there's so much more. A leak in the same area right now may or may not be related to their shoddy work. I'll find out when they open the very recently installed wall. I won't be hiring PuroClean again and you shouldn't either. Read other review sites, like Yelp. Waldo gets his BNI group to fluff his Google reviews.

The owner refuses to take responsibility in public, while sending nicer emails in private and trying to phone . . . this is /deception/ on a stick. I'll be updating all my social media reviews according. You'll notice that there are a sudden rash of bad reviews, not just from me. Do business with this guy at your risk.] I have tried to use this company twice. Both times, appointments were easy to set-up and Maria (not sure how to spell her name) was kind, helpful, and lovely. I had a minor flood and needed a company to work with my home insurance for the repairs. "Together Design" was one of four contractors I consulted, all with excellent reviews here and on Google. Avri the project manager was courteous and helpful, and was the last estimate I needed for the insurance company. I waited some weeks, but an estimate never came. I finally called the Avri's phone number on the caling card he cave me (I think I woke him up, sounded groggy at first). Avri said that my expectation for an estimate was misguided, and that he's being doing this job for quite a while. He said that the way "Together Design" works is that they only provided an estimate once I hired them. I said this is backwards, that I am to receive estimates and select the company I felt comfortable with in consultation with my adjuster. Avri stared to make excuses, none of which addressed my concern--that to consider them, I needed an estimate. I found his customer service quite rude: he kept cutting me off, he would not listen, he was defensive, made excuses, and so on. He stressed his experience, to which I responded three other contractors have already provided estimates and I was waiting for his. Avri said estimate-first is not how they do business, but he would get an estimate to my adjuster ASAP anyway. After a few days without an estimate, I went with another contractor. Maria called to follow up, and I told her my issues. She asked if I could give them another chance, I said not at the time, as time was of the essence and I needed the work to start yesterday. Disappointing, but I was ready to move on. Flash forward five months later, and I haired a crooked contractor who I am now unfortunately suing (cannot review them yet until that suit moves forward). I remembered Maria asking if I could give them another chance, so I decided to call again. Like the first time, communication was clear, easy, and Maria was very easy to work with. I was asked if I wanted to work with Avri again, and I said absolutely not given how poorly he handed the first time. Days later, however, I received a phone call and Maria said she was "calling with news." After she shared with the project managers my videos and photographs, they concluded my "scope" of my project was "not a good fit." I asked if it was "too small" or "two large" of a job. She said, "uhhhh . . . legally I can't say." I found this quite odd. She apologized, expressed wanting to help, but it was not something they are willing to do. I asked again why, and she would not say. Perhaps it was because I did /not/ want to work with Avri, but another PM. As I was about to post this review, I received a message from "Ido" who said their company /only/ takes on remodels from "start to finish." This was the first I have heard this excuse, it's certainly not mentioned in their advertising. If this were truly the case, I should have been told this upfront so I did not waste my time again. Maria asked I give them a second chance, and I did. This is a private business, and it's their right to turn down any client. Absolutely. It's also my right to report my experience. I'm trying to be careful not to be too judgement, but not being "legally" able to tell me why they wouldn't take the job the second time appears deceitful, as does "Ido's" explanation they /now/ only do start-to-finish remodels. Your milage may vary.

[Update] LOA reached out to me after seeing my complaint. They acknowledged that the placement of…read morethe scuppers could have been handled better and agreed to issue a refund for the gutter installation. In addition, they assured me that they would send someone to inspect the ponding water if the issue worsens during next year's rainy season. I appreciate that they took customer feedback seriously, and as a result, I've updated my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. Context: I recently bought a house with a flat roof. This flat roof has 3 major areas. Because the original roof was poorly done, I decided to replace 2 parts of the 3. I hired LOA to install a 135mil TPO roof for this residential house. They came and installed the TPO from October 21 to 25, 2025. The total project costed $18,280. As I just bought the house, I paid the full amount out of my own pocket. My experience with LOA was a bit mixed. I will start from the positive side. Their price was competitive. I got 3 roofers to give me quotes for 80mil TPO and all had great reviews on both Yelp and Google. The highest quote was around $24K and the lowest one was around $16k. LOA's original quote ($16680) was in the middle but was very similar to the lowest one. Additionally, their sales representative was very responsive and helpful and that was one major reason why I chose LOA over the lowest one. After I decided to hire LOA, they even offered me 135mil if I added $1K because they had some leftover 135mil from another commercial project and I decided to take it. Basically the experience before the actual installation started was very positive. However, after the installation actually got started, the experience was mixed. First of all, they changed the crew just a couple of days before the installation because LOA got a big commercial project and that crew was assigned to that commercial project. But they told me the new crew was also experienced and ensured that I didn't need to worry about it. But what happened next didn't seem to show the new crew was that competent -- Initially I was told the whole installation would take 1 day, but in fact, it took the crew 5 days to complete. For me, taking longer time to complete the installation was not a big issue because I'd rather them do it right. Later they told me one of the reasons why the new crew spent so much time was because the new crew actually replaced all 3 parts of the roof rather than just 2 parts. This was a nice surprise since they didn't charge me more for that. But apparently there was a communication issue between LOA and the crew. Additionally, because of the installation delay, the weather changed and we got a bit of rain before the installation was fully completed, but they told me the roof was mechanically sealed so I didn't need to worry about the rain during the installation. When the rain actually came after the entire roof was installed, that was when the problems began. The first problem was the placement of the scuppers: two of them were positioned right above my wooden deck. Whenever it rained, water poured straight onto the deck. After I complained, LOA explained that the original roof had been designed that way. Although they could have positioned the scuppers in different places, they said they simply followed the original design since I hadn't specifically asked for changes. I found this frustrating -- I'm not a professional roofer and as a new homeowner I expected them to use their expertise to warn me about potential issues like this in advance. Unfortunately, they didn't consider the bigger picture when installing the roof. Anyway, as I felt I couldn't entirely blame LOA, I decided to spend additional $600 for them to install a gutter to redirect the water away from the deck. The second problem was ponding water. Even 36 hours after the rain had stopped, I could still see standing waters in at least 3 areas of the roof. One of these spots (number 1 in the photo) was exactly where the original roof had issues. Even worse, two of the ponding areas (number 1 and 2 in the photo) were located on the seams. I raised this concern with LOA again, but they said they wouldn't worry unless the waster remained for more than 4 days -- despite the fact that information from other roofers' websites suggests ponding water could be a concern if it lasts 24-48 hours. LOA told me they would eventually come back and apply some lower-grade TPO over the seams when they had leftover material from other projects. I don't know when they will do it but for now, I'll wait for them to do that since it's not the rainy season yet. I hope it will address the ponding issue. I also plan to monitor the roof during the rainy season in May and June to see if the water persists for more than four days.
