Response from the owner "I apologize that the chauffeur didn't contact you when initially on-site. I can assure you he had arrived on time and was on-site; a quick call to the office versus 30 minutes of finding alternative transportation would have easily confirmed the location of the chauffeur for your parents." Of course I called twice! but who the heck wants to leave messages on a machine the morning of their wedding! Plus why should I have to call? I gave specific instructions to have the limo driver contact me UPON ARRIVAL. 2. Had specific instructions to have the limo decorated during our departure from the wedding with a just married sign, rose petals, red carpet and bottle of champagne. Once again they only made it half way. Red carpet laid down and champagne but no signs or rose petals on the car as requested! 3. Saw 2 transactions on my credit card statement and am still waiting for details of what the 2 charges are for. Will update when I hear back. Overall, I wouldnt recommend yourprivatelimo to anyone. The only reason I actually gave them a chance was because Tracey (owner) stated that YPL had a reputation for a high level or service and safety and I believed her. Hopefully you wont be fooled. While my group and I made the best of the situation and enjoyed ourselves simply because we were together, the condition of the trolley and the service provided were incredibly disappointing. First, the photos and descriptions on the website are very misleading. The trolley looks modern, clean, and well-equipped in the images, but in reality, it appears to have had little to no upkeep. The bar areas were dirty, there was no ice as promised, the TVs didn't work, and there was no light show. The heat and defrost didn't function, which made for a very uncomfortable ride on a cold night. Additionally, the blinking lights throughout the trolley suggested an electrical issue, which was not only annoying but also concerning. On top of that, the driver was rude and unprofessional, further souring the experience. While the company did issue a $200 refund, it was nowhere near adequate for the significant shortcomings of the service, especially considering we paid $930 for three hours. I suspect the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this company are not entirely genuine, as my experience does not align with the five-star reputation presented online. I hope this review serves as an honest account to help others make an informed decision. While I appreciate the partial refund and the memories my group and I made in spite of the circumstances, I would not rent from this company again. If Limotainment wants to maintain their reputation, they need to improve the upkeep of their vehicles, ensure amenities match the advertised descriptions, and prioritize customer service. Attached are two photos of how the trolley looked when the lights were off, and then when they popped on all by themselves. You'll notice the old fashioned, kitchen-like fixture in the ceiling. Nothing like the laser light show in the photos that's on the website. I wish I had taken photos of the empty dirty bar areas, with no ice that was also supposed to be provided.

We had no choice but to take it and the driver said to talk to the owner after the wedding. The A/C on the bus was not working. It was 90 degrees outside on that day and inside the bus felt like it was 110 degrees. 2 members of the wedding party fainted. I asked for a partial refund and he did not honor it. He was rude and lacked courtesy, understanding and professionalism. They did the classic bait and switch and got away with it. Go with a different company. *Note that the company immediately responded to this Yelp review in a rude, aggressive and characteristically unprofessional way and when I called them out on it, they went back and changed the review to sound better but they still didn't do a very good job just like their limo service. Good luck dealing with this guy.... b/c you're going to need it.

Even though they are based in Chicago, IL, they serve metropolitan locations in the Wisconsin area, such as Milwaukee, Madison, and surrounding suburbs. A driver picked up 7 of us from the Milwaukee area (Brookfield), keeping great communication and being on time. It was a flawless experience; the vehicle was spotless and super comfortable, a very smooth ride, and very pleasant.
