The massage rooms are big, comfortable, and cold with AC, which made it even more relaxing once I stepped inside. Music was super relaxing too. Even the bathroom was spotless and fully stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. Now for the massage itself -- hands down the BEST massage I've ever had. This place is located in a strip mall area by Time's Waipahu across of Festival Market. I was greeted by my massage therapist, Lulu, who happened to be hanging out near the entrance when I arrived. I told her why I needed a massage and asked her to specifically work in my upper trap area. The room is not your "glamorous spa" type of room, yet it gave peaceful vibes with the large massage table and sheets. Lulu's pressure was firm and you could tell she was using her entire body to provide me the pressure I asked for. She demonstrated amazing soft tissue massage techniques throughout and even gently mobilized some of my joints. To be quite honest, it was hard for me to relax here, but I came here for a therapeutic massage that can target the tight areas of my body not for a "relaxing spa day." Lulu continuously asked me throughout the session if her pressure was too hard or if I was in pain and made adjustments as needed. The comfortable spa table is prepped with a little steamer to get your face ready for treatment. The HydraFacial machine was explained to me. She also stated that if the process felt uncomfortable, I could alert her to adjust the pressure. The procedure helped to clean, exfoliate, and remove impurities from my skin. She then applied a serum of antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. The final application was sunscreen. While the untrained eye, probably couldn't SEE a difference after the HydraFacial, I could certainly FEEL the difference. Clean, fresh, and super rejuvenated! As a follow up, I came in for the Scultural Face Lift with Buccal Massage. This included lymphatic drainage (behind your ears) and microcirculation of my shoulders, neck, and jaw area. Not only was I able to sleep without pain the past three nights since my session with him, but the chiropractic adjustment he performed on my neck, back, hips, and shoulders after my massage also made it easier for me to breathe. I didn't realize how being out of alignment could affect my breathing, but it did. When I was lying on my side the first night after my massage session, I noticed I could take a full breath.
