Woke up with some neck pain that has been lingering here and there from sleeping weird and being on my computer for long hours but today it was at its worse. I did a quick search of massage therapists in the area and this one came up. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received and this was actually one of the best massages I have ever had. This place is located in a strip mall area by Time's Waipahu across of Festival Market. I was greeted by my massage therapist, Lulu, who happened to be hanging out near the entrance when I arrived. I told her why I needed a massage and asked her to specifically work in my upper trap area. The room is not your "glamorous spa" type of room, yet it gave peaceful vibes with the large massage table and sheets. Lulu's pressure was firm and you could tell she was using her entire body to provide me the pressure I asked for. She demonstrated amazing soft tissue massage techniques throughout and even gently mobilized some of my joints. To be quite honest, it was hard for me to relax here, but I came here for a therapeutic massage that can target the tight areas of my body not for a "relaxing spa day." Lulu continuously asked me throughout the session if her pressure was too hard or if I was in pain and made adjustments as needed. My massage also included hot stones, which I was not expecting but I was not opposed to. The service and friendliness of this establishment cannot be beat, especially when factoring in the reasonable price for an hour. Booking is extremely easy via their website. Just what my back and neck needed or kneaded? I'm always driving to town to get my massage and I'm so glad I finally stopped in here. They accommodated my (kind of) last minute request on a Sunday afternoon. I ended up getting a 90 minute massage with Lee. My shoulders, neck and back are super knotted up and he was able to automatically zone in on exactly where my trouble spots are. It was a bit painful at times but in the end I felt so much better. They check in often to ensure they are applying pressure to your liking. I recommend the 90 minutes or more as it allows them to spend good amount of time working each part. This is my first time here. I did a lot of moving yesterday and my body was in pain. I decided to find a spot in my area to get relief and found this place just down the road from where I live. I booked an appointment online 10 mins before my appointment time. Times were available after that too, but I chose to get there quick. The place is located at a decent location. As I walked in, it was a small area, I was greeted by 2 women, and asked if I wanted water, then a man came out and gave me a sheet to fill out. He showed me the way to the room and it is not like your typical nice room, it was mediocre and small with soft instrumental music, he said pls take your clothes off and lie on the massage table, I took everything off except my undies. He came into the room and asked what I want worked on, I told him my whole body hurts from moving, I said everything lol. He started to work on my neck, shoulders and upper back. He hit the spots I was hurting at and relieved my pain. Then he started going down to my lower back where I was in crucial PAIN, he felt that and released it also. He did everything else, but I was more focused on my upper and lower back. (Throughout the massage though, you can hear the sounds of the vehicles, buses and trucks passing by.) Then he used hot rocks, man did that feel good. He first started to warm his hands before he put the rocks on me. I was in heaven, no sound mattered to me but the release of the pain. After all of that, he stretched my arms out and at the end stretched out my back with my legs crossed. After the session, I met Mary and I told her how amazed I was with Lee. She said, do you want me to crack your back!? I immediately said YES PLEASE! She took me to the room and cracked my back by locking her arms with mines and using her knees, OMG, I told myself, this place knows what they're doing. They focus on what you want. I felt better walking out than I did walking in. So if you're looking for a place, head to World of Massage and try it out. read more

I've been going there to see Mary, and OMG she knows how to take care of your massage needs. Super attentive and intuitive, she figured out how to work on all my trouble spots. I came in about two weeks ago and still feel pain from the massage. I think the pressure was too hard and had to take some advil for it.
