I had that once & for three days - I was in so much pain that it felt like I'd been in a car accident. So, knowing that he chose a shiatsu massage. An intersting customer service move I must say. The day of the appointment approached and my wife became ill and under a doctors care and it became clear she would not be able to make this appointment until her treatment ran it's course. So, we reschedule for 2 weeks later thnking that would be sufficient. Wife was rapidly healing so we had every hope of being able to attend. well morning of and she just isn't quite ready health wise though we thought she would be. I inform cranky, oh I mean kiki, as early as humanly possible day of, 730am this is that exchange. Me: I do appologoze but if possibly we need to push one more week. Her: No. Have a nice day. Me: Meaning no reppointment Her: Correct Me: Fair enough but I will be going on review sites to explain that you refuesed to accomodate a woman getting over an illness under a doctors treament. I was skeptical about the results from microdermibraision at first but after a few months i can tell a huge difference! Kaitlan is also very knowledgeable about make up and all skin care. I had a very disappointing experience at European Wax Center. From the moment I raised a concern,…read morethe manager's behavior was completely unprofessional. Instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue, she became argumentative and spoke to me in an aggressive tone. As a paying customer, I expected at least a basic level of respect and customer service, but that was clearly lacking. The situation escalated to the point where I felt the need to contact a manager at a completely different location to report what had happened. I did not feel comfortable continuing the conversation at the original location due to the aggressive behavior I experienced. While the manager at the other location was more professional and willing to listen, the situation should have never reached that point. Overall, the attitude and behavior displayed especially by someone in a management position was unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others based on this experience.
