I needed it cleaned today due to company arriving tomorrow morning and probably called 20 different cleaning services (16 voicemails, 3 no availability, 1 that can only do 6am) before receiving a call back from Ella (the owner) saying that she could have two cleaners come out tonight. 8pm rolls around and they do show up despite the time and length of job ahead of them, and proceed to clean after I showed them through. Both before and after, Ella kept in touch constantly with me and seemingly with the cleaners to make sure everything was going smoothly, to update me on when they would be there, and to inform me of how pricing would work. About 10 minutes before they finished, I received a call from her to give me a final price and she was kind enough to offer a huge discount for the job done. While the pictures don't all show just how big of a disaster the house was, I know full well it was a lot of work. The occupants for the past 3 months consisted of a group of young adults (13-24) combined with a ridiculously furry (sheds on everything) husky. As I'm sure most of you know, this isn't the cleanest age group in terms of household chores. There was plenty of dog fur all over the floors, along the stairwell, on the carpet, and it sort of looked like a food bomb went off in the kitchen. Hair was chopped off and dyed in the restroom. Soap caked onto the sink. Grime from previous owners sat untouched on the blinds in the kitchen. Burnt drippings in the oven. Dust from unuse in the spare bedrooms coated everything. 5 hours later, all of this was remedied. Amazing customer service and attitude from both Ella and the two ladies (sorry, I'm awful with names!). I'm also getting excellent service! The new house was fairly clean but really needed a good kitchen/bathroom cleaning and all the floors mopped/walls cleaned/dusting top to bottom. Two super-friendly women came by to do the work. For a 3 bed/2bath house (including refrigerator and oven cleaning, tub with jets, all floors needing a mopping [no carpeting], plantation-blinds on everyyyyy window, etc..) they breezed through it in a timely manner! The house looks fab! I'm beyond pleased! I can't wait to see the magic that happens in the old house! I'll definitely be arranging a regular bi-weekly in the near future! I'm so excited to have found such a wonderful local business. Sure I can call one of the franchised services (not naming names but they rhyme with "jerry maids" and "jolly maids" lol) but as a self-employed woman I much prefer to give my hard-earned money to a small business owned and run by a woman, staffed by women. I even showed them the text messages when the issue came up. When they arrived, the owner tried to up-charge me for the same services that were already confirmed. What made this worse is that it was the owner of the company doing this, and she refused to provide any manager or other contact. Because of this, I ended up cleaning the cabinets and patio myself while they did only part of the job. I hired a cleaning service so I wouldn't have to do the work, yet I was cleaning alongside them the entire time. One of the other cleaners did a good job and was professional. Unfortunately, the owner was confrontational, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional -- this is her business, and her behavior set the entire tone. In addition, the owner repeatedly walked through filth and onto my carpet without removing her shoes or wearing shoe covers, even after I asked several times. I had to go back over areas with my vacuum. They also used my cleaning supplies even though I was told they would bring their own. On top of everything, the quality of the portion of the cleaning that they did was not professional -- I could have done the same job myself, which defeats the purpose of hiring a service. I paid $150, which reflected the work that was actually done (standard cleaning plus fridge), but this was by far the most stressful and unprofessional cleaning experience I've ever had. Do not hire this company if you want clear pricing, professionalism, and for the job you booked to actually be honored.

And the quote she gave me was ridiculous!!! I live in a 2 bed room 2 bathroom apartment 1400 square feet, and she gave me a quote of $370 for 2 maids and 6 hours of work!!! I have never had a quote this high for my apartment, the maximum I have ever gotten quoted for was $150 for 2 maids. And 2 maids usually take no more than 3 hours to clean my whole place. They moved the furniture to clean the spots that haven't been cleaned in years. The windows and mirrors in my living room and bedrooms were left looking clean and spotless. I had another company come in and clean a few weeks ago and they did a decent enough job, but weren't nearly as thorough as Britt's. It would have taken me a lot longer to do what they did, instead I got to spend that time studying and working on a few projects of my own. I have scheduled them to come every couple of weeks. The price of cleaning is well worth the piece of mind and the time for myself.
