Cute new addition to the Maryville restaurant scene. This very casual place serves up tasty Italian bites with seasonal varieties. The Arancini was flavorful although a bit over fried but the tomato sauce with it was really good. The tomato watermelon cucumber salad was delicious with the brebis cheese and basil pesto really popped with flavor. The sweet corn agnoltti was a nice summer dish and the Campanelle pasta with shrimp hit with some subtle heat. Service is on the slow side. The staff there are all very friendly, but seem to have a bit of tunnel vision of going from point A to point B without looking to see if any patrons need anything along the way (like silverware, water, salt & pepper, etc) . read more

This is a somewhat small restaurant inside, but does have a nice patio outside if you prefer. But don't let their casual and tasteful decor fool you, their service and food is upscale and excellent. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and efficient, and they seemed to all work together to make your dining experience wonderful. We started off with Tomato Parmesan Arancini with Fontina & Pomodoro and also ordered some focaccia bread. The Arancini was very good, but I actually would have given this 5 stars if the bread would have been better. That is the only thing that I thought was lacking. The focaccia was thinly sliced, oiled and toasted. Much to hard and oily for my taste. Give me some great Italian or European bread!!! Or....even a biscuit! Yes - I'm a Southern girl! The salad was decent size, simple but tasty. I ordered the Roasted Sweet Corn Agnolotti, Corn Butter, Basil & Tobacco Onions , and it was truly delicious. My husband ordered the Eggplant Parmigiano Rotolo, Braised Beef, Beef & Caper Sauce, and he enjoyed his as well. For dessert we ordered the Almond Brown Butter Cake with roasted peach whiskey sauce and vanilla cream. It was delicious, but had no almond taste at all - which I was disappointed in. (I love anything almond!) The portions are on the small side, but adequate. We were plenty full and satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place, but when you plan to visit, make sure to get reservations as they were full and having to turn people away! Exciting new restaurant in Maryville. Cozy interior with lots of patio seating and great service. Started off with the focaccia bread and garbanzo spread with sun-dried tomatoes. This is a must order menu item with big flavors. Followed this with the crispy and delightful arancini, which is served with a marinara sauce. For the mains, ravioli with cauliflower and cacio e pepe were our choices. Simple flavors but well executed. Happy to have this Italian restaurant as a great addition to the food scene. read more

We will give it another try, but not impressed. We started with the Buratta and pesto, which was good. I had the eggplant and braised beef, but it was seriously lacking eggplant. It was ravioli with braised beef and the smallest portion of eggplant I've ever seen. It had a very bitter aftertaste. My wife had the Reginette Pasta - it was not edible. I believe they used liquid smoke and it just over powered the entire dish. They should have used pancetta instead of bacon, but we couldn't get past the smoke flavor. Nice ambience, service was great, but the food was not great. The food is better at Bella. Honestly, I prefer Olive Garden, which the food is better and far less expensive. read more

A new restaurant everyone must try in Greenway Village in Maryville. DSB Provisions offers a master class menu of refined Italian dishes with wonderful different choices that you cannot find anywhere else. The cuisine is innovative and incredibly delicious. The Roasted Sweet Corn Agnolotti and Eggplant Parmigiano Rotolo were extremely unique standouts. Even their more traditional dishes come with a fresh take to them. Items such as Mushroom Risotto and the Cheese Raviolo are hands down the best we have ever tasted with cutting edge sauces that bring out one of a kind flavors of these dishes. You also have to try the Baked Alaska dessert. We cannot wait to have this delicious and vibrant dessert again and again and again. The atmosphere is just as impressive as the food with abundant outdoor seating and a variety of indoors seating options to choose from. We will be back as soon as possible. We had high expectations based on the reviews. We arrived at 530pm and the restaurant was already busy snd very noisy. We ordered appetizers, the mushroom risotto and the cacio e Pepe pasta. The hummus spread with toast was fairly tasteless, the arancini were 5 small arancini. They were soggy like they had been fried in advance and due to their small size had a small amount of cheese. The mushroom risotto and the pasta were tony portions snd both were very salty. The servers were pleasant but they whisked the plates off the table without adding if we were done. read more

So so so so good! Everything tastes so fresh and perfect! Our waitress Abigail was super sweet! We started with the arancini and the beef carpaccio. Both were excellent and will definitely be ordering those again. For the entrees, we decided to order 3 different pastas to try which was the perfect amount. (Smaller portions so they recommend ordering 3!) I ordered the cacio e pepe which was very good. My husband got the shrimp angel hair pasta which had such good flavor. (I will be ordering that next time as my entree ) and the last one we split was the reginette pasta with the bentons hog jaw. So many restaurants need time to get their sea legs under them before they can really swim--but DSB Provisions has mastered it right from the jump. To start, they were very accommodating. We had a toddler and they were more than happy to accommodate us. The manager greeted us and gave recommendations, which were phenomenal. Beautiful Building. Wonderfully situated in downtown Maryville. Acoustics are VERY BAD. Very bad inside design for pleasant, upscale dining. We were four for dinner. We were seated in the quietest corner spot in the restaurant. However, we could not conduct enjoyable, pleasant conversations. It was very difficult to hear and understand our waitress. Some of our food was Okay. Some of our food was less than Okay. We hope this restaurant improves and becomes another downtown asset for Maryville. We will not be returning to DSB Provisions until we learn that the noise level has been reduced by design changes .... and that there have been improvements made for the food. read more

This is a cozy and friendly place. The food was absolutely some of the best I have had in a very long time. It was fresh, interesting, and packed with great flavors. I live alone so eating out is easy for me. I have been longing for restaurant that had food I really felt good about and enjoyed. This is my new spot.
