I prefer these stores where I can just find what I like and try them on without asking the salespeople to run to the back to get my size. I had an event to attend and was looking for black heels. I found the perfect pair for a reasonable price. I found my pair for $30 and the hubby found his pair for $20. It was a good deal indeed. The only negative aspect was when we went to check out. They had two check out counters, one in the front and one in the middle. We went to the middle one and was waiting on an associate to ring the hubby up. We just stood there and no one helped us. I finally flagged a worker down and she told us that we had to take it to the front register. We took it to the front and finally paid for our shoes.

When I first stopped here a few months back, the deals were great. They had a certain price for…read moremost things on a certain day of the week. For example, Monday was $4 in the bin section. I shopped several times and got some great bargains, but today I saw some things that were priced crazy. Before they had shipments with Target Store products, today I saw some Costco products. I shop at Costco and know some prices. I saw Glad Take Away containers that cost around $8, they were marked $16 here (plus, they looked opened and missing some). There appeared to be a lot of returned items, there were tumblers that had coffee stains inside them! Oh, I forgot to mention that the day/$ amount system is no longer in effect. They had some nice items today, Samsonite luggage, Not sure of the price, but I think over $100. They also write large prices on boxes in marker, I even saw fabric oven mitts that had the price on the fabric, also cooking pots and pans with the marker price on them. Beauty products that looked to be used and returned to a store and they are reselling them. Be careful what you're buying, as there are no returns. I would have given this store a 4 or 5 star review, but 3 stars today after seeing what I saw today. I did get some Costco clothes for $6 ea, so that was decent.

We are really happy with the suits my husband selected. Alterations are done on site, and the seamstress was able to come out and advise on what would be best. Jos A Bank's return policy online states that returns on items purchased over 90 days ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT and must be returned in store. How the hell is corporate OK with this little shit branch going against their policy? I guess they can't enforce it, hence why this brand is garbage. The store attendant made a case of observing that I was returning 7 different items (6 purchased within the last week and 1 purchased over 90 days), and stated "You have too many returns, we no longer accept internet returns." Had I had only 1 item to return it probably wouldn't have been a problem. I was in the store on the phone with customer service when corporate denied any changes to their policy... so who is to believe and who is to blame? 1 star to corporate because they can't keep their branches in line, 1 star to this location because they're pissy the online store is "killing their business". Ya... welcome to 2010 and thanks for wasting my time. I've been at this location several times and service always impresses me. Famous footwear has a great app, with cool kickbacks and good coupons. I had a 15% off and 10 bucks in kickback cash so I totaly scored which makes me happy and to boot scored points for my next kickback 5 bucks for every 100 spent and with two growing boys a girl has got to appreciate that!
