In my case, I had a pair of shoes that I loved but needed the soles replaced. They did that and cleaned up my shoes so my favorite shoes that I'd had for years looked brand new. I could have spent twice as much for a new pair of shoes that I may have liked as much but was happy with this experience & the decision. Same with a purse strap that I had replaced. Highly recommend for repairs, plus they carry a wide selection of high-quality, good-for-your-feet shoes. If you've never sprung for a really good pair of shoes, they are so worth it!!!
