After browsing in here multiple times over the last few years, it seems to be the owner's decision to cater to tiny people, or else perhaps they bring in very few pieces in a true and ample 12 which sell out very fast. Yes, there were some seasonal ponchos today that would fit any size/ any height and separate tops that would work for multiple heights so long as you have thin arms and a minimal bust. Interestingly the one sales lady working today was trying hard to convince a 5 ft tall customer that the poncho was "perfect for her if she would drape it differently" and a bit of creative styling ensued. No, in truth it looked awful on this petite woman like she was trying to get out from under a big blanket. Well the customer had enough common sense to follow her instincts "this is not for me", despite urges from the saleslady to the contrary. I suspect the saleslady sensed big sale potential as many things were being tried on and talked about for Ms petite and her adult daughter as gifts. I however, was completely ignored. Meanwhile, I poked around on my own, never once asked what I was looking for, while the declassee gum-chomping saleslady catered exclusively to the other woman. While I was approached for her to take the two items I found into the dressing room, she never inquired how I was doing and even in my departing "good-bye, didn't stop talking to the other woman or bother to thank me for stopping in. Parking: I parked behind the building where the strong stench of rotted garbage permeates the air from over-filled and uncovered garbage dumpsters. Has Briarcliff no sanitation codes?

I like this one better than the one in Brookfield because it's more organized and they also have more self checkouts, which is nice when there is a line. My husband tends to spend too much money here, but we get some of that back in Kohl's cash so I can't complain too much. I will also add we got some very cool foldable side tables here that we use at parties and I got the last two they had, but they are wonderful and I wish I could find some more.

I have to say I was super excited to shop in this store. I liked it so much I ended up getting $100…read moreof Torrid cash which I spent online. The thing is, if you end up not liking how something fit, they won't let you exchange it for something else unless the item is the same exact price. The Problem is that the online prices differ from the store price so you end up losing the cash. They don't even consider a store credit or giving the customer an opportunity to pay the difference. So if you must shop here and are using torrid cash of some sort, I would buy something you are sure you are not going to ever return. Or better yet, go to the store and try it on BEFORE you buy so what happened to me doesn't happen to you!

My husband got charged twice for the same sneaKers. It never gets too old looking for new shoes each time when we need to. They also carry some other items besides shoes which include, backpacks, and also water bottles to carry. Stopped here yesterday for a pair of much needed kid's flip flops…read more There was a sales associate near the front door (all other methods of entry/exit were closed) welcoming me & ensuring mask adherence; hand sanitizer available upon entry; clearly marked signage everywhere to help ensure social distancing and mask adherence; every sales associate was wearing a mask (accurately- over the nose & close fitting); plexiglass encased each register/check-out area (another bottle of hand sanitizer was available at each register area), etc. All sales associates were professional, helpful and courteous. This is the first time I have ventured into a non-grocery type store since March of this year due to Covid. I was very happy to see that the management of this store takes the health and safety of both their employees and the public seriously.

I recently had a child and moved into the Mt Kisco area from Manhattan where I would frequently shop in many GAP locations. Financial district location being my favorite. The service is always excellent and the people are always helpful. Diane in the Mt Kisco store is extremely rude, very unhelpful and it seems she doesn't want to work. I have visited the store numerous times in the last 2 months and I always receive stand offish treatment from her. I am a African American women I'm not sure if my skin color is the reason but perception is reality and that's the way it appears. I am writing in concern and I would suggest having a training with Diane who works in the Kids gap side of the Mt Kisco store. The lovely lady who works on the adult side is always pleasant to work with!

We spent quite a bit of time looking at all of the wares the very kind shopkeeper had to offer, and she had everything from candles to jewelry to cheese carving platters. I was even impressed with the selection of items for younger girls, and Wishes is on the top of my list for shops to buy my boyfriend's younger sister a birthday present from this year!
