The bathrooms, the co workspace and the kitchen are always clean. I've had minimal user error with the free printer that is provided and I enjoy being able to look out and see Pasadena City Hall from afar. Furthermore, the staff have been supportive, energetic and happy to help me whenever I have questions. For that matter Jeremy is THE MAN! Always helpful and always able to solve my issues. I'm very thankful that I decided to move away from working at home and start work at FoundrSpace. Because I really need home to be home and a place to work to feel more like work than a room in my home. I don't think that people have figured that out yet, but I know they will soon and I hope they find this review and find their new work office at FoundrSpace. For just $30 a day, this space offers not only a vibrant, open-plan workspace but also dedicated quiet areas for those times you really need to focus. The shared kitchen features free coffee (a big plus for me!) and ample refrigerator space, which adds to the convenience. What sets Onboard apart are the rentable conference rooms and private office spaces, perfect for meeting clients or conducting private sessions--all at rates that are incredibly fair given the quality. The space is extensive, with plenty of parking, which is a huge bonus. Although they were fully booked and I couldn't get a spot immediately, the staff, particularly Stephanie, was super helpful and added me to the waiting list without any fuss. She was friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly during the tour. It's been a couple of years since my son had therapy here but what left a bad taste in my mouth about this place is when I was waiting for therapy to start with my autistic child there was filming taking place and the person filming was pretty rude about asking us to keep quiet. Honestly, we weren't even loud. Don't rent spaces out to people who are going to work with special needs kids. Also, you're not filming an expensive movie, else you wouldn't be filming in a common area get over yourselves.
