This was the last spot I hit with my friend. Kind of a mixture of all the other spots ventured during the outing. kinda loungey with lighting, a dance floor which was packed, divey corner with couples making out and a tiki-esque area complete with patio outdoor area. I only interacted with one of the bartenders and she was nice, but the crowd was kinda eh. I got a couple elbows because the dance floor was packed and you gotta walk through to get to the bar area. I understand you wanna get your groove on, but understand people are trying to walk through. Then while finishing up our drinks a girl pushed my friend. We knew it wasn't an accident because she looked back at us as if saying "what are you gonna do?". It was nearing last call so I don't know if this was the kinds of people who like to make their way in around this time, and don't want this to reflect on the venue itself but I have to say it made up part of our time here. Plenty of security at both exits, I counted 4 or 5 guys watching both ends, but if something pops off inside, I guess everyone involved gets the boot. Wouldn't be my first stop, but would give it another try with hopes for a more smooth visit and a more chill crowd.

Cool downtown bar! Better than a dive bar, they have relatively new decor, a nice crowd, but the same aupet amazing prices!!!$$$!!! They have happy hour 4-8 M-F which gets you $2 drafts....making the Guinness half off....meaning that Guinness is $4 to begin with! That was very cool. We would stop in again if we were in the area, for sure.

The best happy hour in downtown Greenville! The staff is amazing and I always feel welcome here. Billy, Courtney, and Eddy are all fabulous bartenders. If you have not been in a while, it is time for a visit. All of the updates and improvements make this a great place to be.

My first time visiting Greenville and my partner is a huge Steeler's fan and go figure a local Steeler's bar that feels like it was airlifted right out of Pittsburgh (from personal experience) lol. The bartenders, waitresses I swear gave me all of the local vibes although I talked to a few and they're not lol. The wings are really really good and you can't come here without trying them. I'm honestly looking forward to coming back and seeing how this bar jumps during football season. As a long time Green Bay Packer fan, I was so surprised to see that they had a small select few Packer items located around the bar. It's like an Easter egg hunt and I think I found 3 lol. Funny thing is, a gentlemen walked in and had on a Packer hat so I can wait to come back in full gear but let's not over look that this is an official Steeler's bar. I didn't see any Panther's so that was pretty funny. Bottom line is, Tip It Back is a really cool spot and has the traditional dive bar feel. None of that foo foo craps, good beer, good wings, come as you are, Cheers where everybody knows your name kinda vibe. Come check em out, okay some pool or shoot some deer. You'll feel at home here. I can't wait to come back!

By the grace of all that is holy we got a seat and the bar. No one acknowledged us for over 10 minutes so I asked the bar tender for menus. Again this place was PACKED so we give grace to the staff. After flagging a bartender down a second time he was more attentive and very friendly. We had a beer and water so drinks were fine. On to food. We were underwhelmed. To our left and right burgers and calabash platters looked so good. My fiancé order a patty melt. When I saw his toast was still white, I knew we messed up. His patty melt was barely warm, no caramelized onions, cheese was barely melted. I ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta. The sauce was good, pasta was cooked just fine, smelled great. I thought I bit into plastic eating it but I was actually happy it was just onion peel. Two whole intact onion peels. I guess because there were onion ringed sized pieces of onion in my dish. Also, a neutral point- there were no tomatoes, no green onion, and the green peppers seemed fresh not cooked. Again, great place to gather for drinks and bar food, we should've checked the star rating before we went.

Main Street is very lively and super cute. The interior of the sports bar is larger than it appears from the outside. It was about 25% filled, but the food took awhile. The staff was very friendly. My 2 companions both got the Mac bowl which they found delicious. I sampled a piece of chicken from one of their bowls and it was tender, well seasoned and juicy. I got a brisket sandwich with side of macaroni and cheese. The brisket looked moist and was sauced but was the driest I've ever had. The mac was unrecognizable. The noodles were soo overcooked. Not sure what kind of cheese they used, but it wasn't cheesy tasting. I took two bites and didn't eat anymore. I only ate about two or 3 bites of the sandwich as well. It was just too dry to finish. With that said, I would consider returning if I was in the area again to order a Mac bowl for myself.
