One I arrived at the perfume area, a nice young lady could see I needed help and came straight over. I showed her a picture and away we went. She unlocked the case and told me that she would transport it to the register area. While I had to wait for a few minutes in line, I did notice that the weekend before Christmas, there were at least 6 registers with only three open... If you don't plan to staff them at the busiest time of the year, why even have them? Seems like they could use that space to sell more product. I went here from a Groupon and was able to be in and out within 40 minutes doing a wash, simple haircut and a blowout. The Groupon was definitely well worth its cost of $25, I can say that without any hesitation.
