He used phrases like "on the high side" and I can't imagine it being more than that," and made us feel assured that our budgeting was appropriate. Given that, we agreed to a deposit of $250 for him to go ahead with a formal quote, per company policy. When the proposal came back, it was $45K, which is more than double what we had discussed. While I understand that quality work and materials are costly, I don't understand how his verbal estimates were so grossly inaccurate, especially when he said he's been working there for 18 years. While I understand the deposit was intended to cover his time in gathering the estimates, and that he "doesn't work for free," a large part of his job is properly estimating potential costs for potential clients, and he did not do that. We agreed to the $250 deposit based on incredibly inaccurate numbers, and when I requested our deposit back, we were denied (twice.) While I don't think it was his intention to be deceptive, we felt swindled out of $250. I was very disappointed that they weren't willing to refund us.

Quick to respond, great ideas for us that we'd never otherwise have considered, careful attention to all details, quality product selection, expert workmanship, schedule stick-to-it-tive-ness, follow-through, I could go on & on. They will probably never be the lowest bidder, but you want a job well done you will always get that from DeLeers.

He spent several hours at our home allowing my wife to review all she wanted to see. He was very patient and respectful. They came back after we reviewed other companies to go over more options she wanted to see before we (she) decided what she wanted. The installer was outstanding! If it wasn't fir the remodel, you wouldn't have known someone was there. Forever bath had the largest selection to see, but IMO has the highest quality products. Thicker surround materials, tub, etc. If I had to do it again, I would overwhelmingly choose them again. Hands down.

The installation team was exceptional…read more-professional, efficient, and highly skilled at managing a complex project that included ceramic tile removal, flooring, and full furniture installation to complete a full bathroom renovation. The entire process took one week as there were multiple areas needing repair. The main project took only three days. Although the ordering process with the furniture supplier had some minor communication gaps, the quality of the workmanship more than made up for it. There was never an issue with any of Forever Bath team; they were very responsive and helpful. The installation crew's attention to detail created a beautiful bathroom remodel. They were hardworking and very efficient. I highly recommended them for the quality of their work!

Our home is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be using them again when we build our next home years down the road.
