Quite literally the perfect wedding DJ. Met with Patrick before the event to discuss playlist and he actually helped schedule the day out before we hired a coordinator. I eventually shared a Spotify playlist with him, specified important songs and let him do the rest. He more than delivered. He played 99% of the songs we wanted to hear and added some that I hadn't even thought of. He read the room the whole night, knowing when to mellow things down or crank it up. He MC'd the whole reception, announced a large wedding party without getting any names wrong, politely listened to every request and even helped us plan a Footloose dance number. He also hired a flamenco guitarist (Daniel) for our ceremony and cocktail hour and though I did not get a chance to hear most of that I've been told it was beautiful. I specifically remember several people asking me for the playlist of the wedding only an hour or so into it, Dub Gypsy killed it from the start. We used 123 DJ's for our wedding in July 2011. He was professional, on time, and nice. He has current music and my friends danced all night. The client website is great because you can select the music you want played. He will also have a phone call with you to confirm pronunciation of all of your bridal party members and the timeline. He takes song requests and has a do not play list. He also doesn't have any weird advertisements like a banner or anything like that to distract from your event on his DJ booth or speakers. Our slideshow was started on time, the music was great and at a perfect listening level and it was clear. Great quality equipment and a really nice guy. What really got us excited about booking him was the fact that he played the season wrap party for Mad Men and did Jenna Fisher's wedding (Pam from The Office).
