After visiting this dental office, I am having tooth pain almost for 2 months. The doctor Lee said I need to replace an old filling that I never had any issue before. I thought replacing old filling is easy procedure. After done, I have nerve pain. So she adjusted and refilled again. But still having pain. They are not even sure of the reason. Our family started going to Dublin Dental many years ago after a terrible experience at a previous dental office. We couldn't be happier with Dr. Pang and his associates, they have been nothing short of wonderful! The most important thing to me in dentistry is being the least invasive in filling cavities and doing dental work - that the least amount of tooth is removed, and this office is amazing at this. When I had gum surgery, my periodontist was amazed at the accuracy of the prep work. I would very much like to continue at this office, but they do not accept medicare and I don't want to pay out of pocket. Please consider taking medicare!! Thanks for all the great years!! read more

I have been coming here for 4 years, and my experience has always been a positive one (and I HATE going to the dentist :D). The assisting staff is always so friendly and helps ease my fears of being there with their laughs and jokes. My current dentist is Dr. Wu - he's attentive and patient with all my panic questions. The more he makes any pain or procedure "no big deal", the less nervous I feel being there. The facilities are organized and clean (it always smells good!). They still let me pick a movie even though I'm not classified as a kid anymore, but only if I have a long procedure :) In the waiting area, there's complimentary WiFi and coffee! read more

Scheduled 2 appointments for myself and a family member 30 minutes apart. Confirmed the appointment via text. 10 minutes before my 1st appointment, they called and said I missed my first appointment. I read my confirmation text to them, then they changed and said it was confirmed by phone. I asked which phone number they called and who called, they said they can't confirm. Here is the funny part, they blamed me for making the doctor have no patient to work on during that time, which wasn't my appointment and I never confirmed that or received any kind of notification. Funny part number 2, they told one of my family members from the previous visit, that her teeth need extra attention due to bad condition. After 2 minutes, she told the same family member, her teeth are totally healthy, and hardly see anyone taking care of their teeth like this. This 2 comments are from the same doctor, to the same patient, on the same day, just 2 minutes apart. read more

My seven year old son walked out of his appointment yesterday and said he loves this place for four reasons. 1) It's beautiful. Reception area and rooms are bright, colorful, happy. 2) They rinsed out the fluoride. Previous dentist left it in for thirty minutes and wouldn't allow him water to rinse, yucky. 3) He received a big goody bag and he was allowed to choose some of the toys. Bonus: toothbrush, toothpaste were in the bag. Previous dentist we had to request. 4) He got to watch a movie of his choice, while they worked on him. So it went fast! Dr. Lim was also very thorough in explaining what she was seeing on X-rays. And we didn't have to wait. In the past, our dentist would leave my son in the chair for 5-20 minutes waiting! While she worked on other patients. It was nice to be focused on, and not overbooking patients to the point where you are ignoring one to help another. read more

I'm hesitant to leave a good review because I know it'll just get harder to get an appointment! Lol I love this practice. I have been going here for just over 7 years now. My kids are now patients, and I'll be referring my parents who just moved back to the area as well. I've told friends and family about this spot, and I'll continue to send others. I feel very safe and confident with their services and have always found the billing incredibly fair. They have a large and dedicated enough practice that I believe helps them continue offering such quality service at fair rates. I'm also always grateful I've never been pushed on services I didn't need. I've heard such crazy stories from other people and can NOT relate because I've always been in good hands here. This place is very clean and cozy and they've got a nice ambiance. The staff is friendly and personable and I've seen similar faces for years, so it's great they're providing their employees with a place to work that keeps them around for a long time. I also have a really really really hard time going to the dentist and I'm a terribly fearful patient that has a hard time getting numb. They keep great notes and have been able to find a way to work with my mouth that allows me to stay on top of the care I need without the fear of how painful it may be. I still can't stand it, but they make it easier. My kids are 5 and 7 and very comfortable here too. They're able to wear headphones, watch movies, and get a great little goodie bag after. So, I was contacted by Trisha (while on her maternity leave) as a result of my previous post. She asked me to come back in and see Dr Pang (the owner) to discuss options to resolve my situation. I saw Dr. Pang on Friday and he is working to address the issue at no cost to me. He seems like a good person and I am going to continue my business with this place assuming they follow through on their promises. I still cannot recommend them for orthodontic services until they find a different specialist, but I am satisfied with their willingness to address my frustration with the treatment I received. As I stated in my first review, their dental services have been good. As long as they are willing to address their orthodontic shortcomings, and maybe find a new orthodontist in the future, I support this business. read more

I always know I'm in good hands when I stop by for an appointment. Dr. Pang is my current dentist, and she is absolutely wonderful! I've had bad experiences in the past where seemingly careless dentists have caused dental injuries, but Dr. Pang is patient, attentive, and gentle. I usually hate going to the dentist, but Dublin Dental Care has completely mitigated my fear of dental cleanings. Aside from regular appointments, I had one particular situation that truly revealed how dedicated this place is to their customers. A few years ago, I chipped not one... but two of my front teeth a week before starting college. I was concerned I wouldn't find a place to fix the accident in time before my move-in. Luckily, I contacted the front desk and they were beyond helpful. I called on a Sunday (when the office is usually closed), but they made an exception for me and fixed my teeth the day of! The dentist took her time during the entire process, even on her day off, and I was so satisfied with the results. Dr. Ava is the best dentist I have ever been to!!! Not only did she not judge my poor dental habits she spent extra time cleaning my teeth and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I hadn't gone to the dentist in YEARS and I always thought my dentist appointments are supposed to be really painful because of my past experience with a different dentist in Walnut Creek. Wow! My scenario: I have been going to my former Dentist for the past decade. I didn't want to switch because they know my name, my family, and I always went home with a new tooth brush. I moved to San Ramon. Found this place on Yelp! Trish the office manager was very nice. In the waiting room a huge flat screen tv and the new Indiana Jones movie was playing. I forgot that there was a rainstorm outside. When I sat down in the dental chair to wait for Dr. Pang, Trish hooked me up to Iron Man. The flat screen was on a swivel from the ceiling. The room was equipped with surround sound. I'll be sure to schedule a dentist appointment during the NBA playoffs! Then Dr. Pang took pictures of all my teeth and displayed them on the flat screen. He explained the status of all my teeth. He explained that one molar was badly damaged and needed a new filling. My previous dentist told me to brush it very gently so that I dont destroy the filling. Dr. Pang then cleaned all my teeth. His assistant polished my teeth. And then Trish helped schedule my next appointment and gave me a free waterpick because it was my first visit there. Wow! read more
