Dublin Dental Care puts their patients first from start to finish. They care so much about you they get to know you when you arrive and offer you their "menu" of services. I choose a pillow, water and chap stick for my services. Since I am very detail oriented person, I wanted my hygienist to explain every they were doing in detail and they did just that on my first visit. I appreciated the great customer service and respect they gave me as a patient. They basically treat you like family here. I was nervous because I know I grind my teeth a lot from stress and at night and my previous dentist always said put on your nightguard Tammy. This dentist was very respectful and gave me an option wear your nightguard or don't. I know wearing the nightguard can protect my teeth from the grinding issue and understand the benefits of it. I had my last Dentist for 20+ years, so I was looking for that same level of personal service and care. This is the practice offers that same level of personal service and care and because of that, I've been going to this office for the last three years. I typically get routine cleanings and maybe a few fillings every few years and for that they've been exceptional. The dental hygienists are both professional and kind and though I've had multiple hygienists over the last few years, every single one I've had has done a fantastic job. Dr. Schneider is a stand-up dentist, and he cares for his patients. He is conservative with his treatment plans and the office does a great job explaining and coaching on timeframe and financials along the way. They always have time for you and I have never felt rushed or "just another patient". Jessica, their Front Office Manager is on top of scheduling and is helpful walking clients through their billing. They are willing to set up payment plans and do what's best for the patient's treatment. The office is clean, organized, and they did a great job handling the COVID pandemic. They have up-to-date equipment and handle things efficiently. My husband experiences dental anxiety has had multiple sessions of work done on his teeth, to include cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more, and Dr. Schneider has been wonderful through all of it. After every session, Dr. Schneider has helped walk us to our car and checks in via text to ensure post-op goes well. Additionally, their office is great with emergencies. My husband had sudden excruciating pain and needed a root canal and crown. This was also during a holiday week! Dr. Matt was able to assist by referring us to another dentist for temporary support and saw him a few weeks later so finish the work. To be in a situation like that is stressful and they were able to get us the support we needed. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

She communicated with me the whole time and let me know exactly what she was doing. We chatted a bit and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I was in there for about an hour an 15 mins. I had a work meeting at 2:30 and let her know I had to run. She went and grabbed Dr. Schneider and he asked me a couple of questions, took a look at my teeth, told me no cavities, and I was out the door! Going to dentists has always been rough for me since I had a really bad experience a while back. Now I'm going to make my appointments in advance :) Highly recommend. Went for a cleaning and she recommended an aggressive plan to redo several fillings at once , including one so large it should've been redone as a crown. Her assistant even questioned doing these fillings on both sides of my mouth in one visit. It was very uncomfortable; they just kept pushing laughing gas, which I didn't want to use or pay for since my insurance doesn't cover it. The big filling threw off my bite and was never properly shaved down despite me going back for an adjustment. A few weeks later I was notified by mail that the practice would no longer take my insurance starting a month from then. I changed dentists after that, not willing to pay more and realizing she pushed through work ahead of stopping taking my insurance.

I had a routine filling, and after the dentist drilled it, the hygienist did the filling. Which I didn't even know what allowed. The filling didn't cure right, it turned grey, and they had to redo it. When they went to redo it, they caused an infection. So I had to get a root canal on a routine cavity that they messed up. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, they will only make it worse. They don't care if your bleeding or in pain, and they are very rough with their cleanings. They also had the audacity of billing me for a filling they messed up twice and left infected. There are much better dentists around, for a more fair price!

They informed me that they wanted to fill a couple of teeth. I returned a week later for my fillings which I am not sure were actually necessary. However, once the Dr. gave me numbing shots and drilled the areas that required fillings, she then left, and a different person took over. She completed the fillings, which seemed to take forever, and was smoothing them I guess, using a drill with some sort of attachment. In the process apparently took some skin off of the roof of my mouth which is now so sore I cannot tolerate wearing my partial.
