The workers were accommodating for anyone to speak up, come early for private viewing and plenty of water and tissues readily available for public use. The viewing room we were in was rather small but perfect for the small family crowd we had. I appreciated having a somewhat private room across the hall for those moments where you need a minute to be alone. The parking lot was small and became a bit of an issue during peak times. Also, because it's on the corner of several main roads, it's easy to pass if you aren't familiar with the area or to get lost in the tops plaza behind it.

He personally answers ever phone call- not a staff member or a message recording. I have never met a more "at ease and calming" influence during such hard and troubled times as this fine outstanding pillar of the community man. They provided a very lovely wake and coordinated everything from start to finish with dignity and grace. I felt at the end as if I had also made a friend with John as he was that close to me and guiding during this time. His smile along and comforting demeanor will immediately provide you with confidence you made the right choice. The funeral home itself is "local and comfortable- simple and dignified".
