He is kind, compassionate, thoughtful, an amazing listener, true to his word, down to earth and a great guy. He was so comforting through the unimaginable grief our family has endured by losing both parents so close together. If you could call a wake perfect in every way--that is how we can explain what they did for my Mom. We were in the celebration of life room which has tables and chairs decorated personally and beautifully, coffee, tea, pop and water are readily available in the room and we were able to celebrate my Mom's life which was such a comfort to all who attended and especially for my young nephews. Mark was also amazing with our Dad's wishes of just being cremated and nothing else. This was very hard for the family to accept but we knew we needed to abide by his final wishes. Mark's attention to detail, sensitivity and follow through were just impeccable. Our family highly recommends Perna, Roberts, Dengler Funeral Home for any loved one who deserves the best!

I have to say that he went above and beyond what we expected. I don't want to set unrealistic expectations in others reading this so I'll leave it at that. We were just really pleasantly surprised and touched at how things were handled by him. My late relative was in his nineties when he passed. This parlor is adorned with truly tasteful, antique, restored items and furniture from a bygone era, some from when my relative was in his prime, no doubt. During the visiting hours we met other relatives I hadn't seen in years, and the atmosphere fit perfectly the memories that came alive in our conversations together. I just wanted to share this and express my family's appreciation for the very personal attention we received.

From coordinating church service, military honors with flag presentation and a bronze plaque at his gravesite for Veterans to the flowers on my father's casket (gorgeous white lilies and ranunculus) it was beautiful and understated. When my family contacted Hamp it was smooth sailing. Not only was everyone incredibly understanding and kind, but they had a list of recommendations for almost everything, they walked us through everything we needed to do with ease. In one day we had everything picked and ready to go, simply amazing. The funeral home itself is the best i've ever seen. Its spacious, its beautiful, there's even a coy pond out back you can check out. I'm happy and honored my grandmothers beautiful service could be held here. Not only was everything seamless, but they had water bottles out for everyone, they even had the priest stop in to give a wonderful prayer towards the end of the wake, this would have meant the world to my grandmother. Everyone who attended even said it was one of the most beautiful wake & funerals they have attended. On the day of the funeral, everyone was organized and helpful to make everything happen perfectly, it was truly a relief.
