For me, because I use Dubs Green Garden for pain relief from my rare blood disorder, the owner has been kind enough to hook me up with fresh new products to help ease with that pain--he is the salt of the earth folks! Like another user, I tried to order from these people and they claimed they "couldn't deliver to Atascadero without a medical card," which is BULL. Atascadero has no regulations stating such. When I asked for an explanation, they said absolutely nothing that made any sort of sense and they definitely did not explain why. I suspect they simply didn't want to drive the whole 12 miles to Atascadero. Don't bother trying to order from this place. And before they get on here and offer some baloney defense - The Source, located in Paso, is glad to deliver to Atascadero. They're quick and when I told them what Dub's had told me, they were surprised and had no idea what Dub's was talking about. If y'all are too lazy to drive 12 miles, just say so on your website. Tried to order delivery, but got contacted by an employee saying the shop only serves for medical, despite the website stating a medical ID is not required for 21+. I can understand outdated website information, but the employee working was very blunt and rude when texting me about it. I am very disappointed by the customer service and was forced to go to a different store. read more

I ordered two drinks, a bag of gummies and one pre roll. All of the products are high quality and good pricing for the amount of things you get. Overall my encounter with Dubs was not weird at all, he is the homie! He had great service and cards everyone just to be sure and is very thorough with his work. I didn't know where any dispensaries were so I got onto Yelp and saw Dubs. I clicked on their website and the interface on my phone was so easy. 3 hours passed by and they texted me they were su my house deliverying my order I told the girl driver I wasn't home anymore and I was canceling my order. She went ahead knocked on my door and had my gf pay for the order. I've never felt such invasion of privacy before. I told them it was wrong to do that. And on top of that to make it worse the cartridges they gave me tasted like it had vitamin E acetate, the stuff that was killing kids years ago. $200 minimum for them to deliver 10 miles .... this place is a rip off. Considering an 1/8th is $80 you think they would deliver but no they want you to spend an unnecessary amount. Then when I said ok I would spend the $200 they tell me they can't do today has to be tomorrow. Luckily I was just in the area for the night and was able to find something else, and don't have to rely on this place for my normal orders. Customer service here is horrible. Short rude and I guess the don't want orders or money. Feel bad for people in the area that have no other options to know this place isn't giving the best possible service. Not to mention when they text you they don't say hi they just say it's a $200 minimum. I placed my order at 8:45 an hour and 15 minutes before they close and got a confirmation that my order was PLACED and to be delivered in 45 to 120 minutes I wanted for 50 minutes then called to confirm I called 10 times before I got and answer and the girl said "ummm did u upload a med rec" I said yes she said "k well I'm gonna have to check I'll call u back in 5" and hung up I waited another 25 minutes and called and called got no answer my husband called and hit and answer so I explained how I had been waiting for over 40 minutes for my call back that was supposed to take 5 minutes and I was upset with the service I got hung up on angina and my order was canceled.... These guys are dope. I've always been happy with what I get and they always have made it out to my pad for a delivery regardless of how busy they are. They are a relatively small outfit and there are pros and cons to that but I dig it. Way rather know who I'm buying from and develop a rapport with them than have a faceless interaction. This place has the most amazing selection. Selection and availability are the most important things to me. Finding the right medicine can be a process, so having a place that carries a wide variety is important. They provide information on most strains. Those strains that don't have information can be easily looked up on line. The prices may be a bit higher, but they are carrying high quality. I ordered at 9:30 a.m. and had the product by noon. For those of us with actual medical needs these guys are not reliable. Though they advertise 24 hours a day, they have rarely been able to deliver the same day I call and have even forgotten my order. Not reliable and run out of product so have to choose from whatever is leftover in stock. I'm done ordering thru Dubs. I think they need to stay out of their own stash. Not reliable and always running late from time given. I've been a good customer but going elsewhere from now on. Business is business. I was out of town when I had an especially bad day with my chronic pain. I found Dub's on Leafly, sent over my required medical verification, and quickly got a response. I was able to contact the driver via text, which was very convenient. When I met with him, he listened to my pain issues and was able to recommend specific products to meet my needs. One of the items I got, was a 70 mg gummy. I've had chocolate bars before, and usually use 45 mg's. With the gummy, I only needed 35 mg (1/4 of gummy) and it worked well.
