My wife is very particular when it comes to her car. She was very upset and determined to find a solution. After doing some online research she reached out to a couple of local businesses. A replacement rim would cost $225+ in addition to installation and time to make it happen. Other options included repair of the rim. The first quoted her $120 and she would need to bring the car down to their shop. She then contacted Joe with Wheel Right and found out he does mobile repair and could come to her work and repair it right there. He also quoted her $120. She said Joe was very responsive via text and they were able to schedule the work for the same week. She is very happy with the results, see before and after pics. While delays can happen--especially around the holidays--the lack of communication is what really makes this experience frustrating. Throughout the entire process, Rimzone never once took the initiative to provide updates. No proactive emails, no status check-ins, nothing. The only way to get information is to reach out to them directly, and even then, responses feel reactive rather than helpful. As a customer spending good money, I shouldn't have to chase basic order updates. What makes this even more disappointing is that after looking back through my old messages, I realized this exact same issue happened the last time I ordered from Rimzone. So unfortunately, this doesn't feel like a one-off holiday hiccup--it feels like a pattern. The products themselves may be fine, but customer service and communication matter, especially when you're waiting weeks for wheels and tires. At this point, I honestly recommend buying local or choosing another online retailer that values keeping customers informed. I really wanted to have a better experience this time around, but the repeated communication problems and long wait have made it hard to recommend Rimzone going forward.

I traveled there to see what they could do and after meeting him he looked over the rim and felt confident that it could be repaired. I left the rim and picked it up the next day fully repaired. They did an outstanding job on the repair and their customer service was exemplary. They do much more than straightening out rims with color powder coating along with other rim finishes.
