a woman in a kreme shop

My husband loves Krispy Kreme's so we stop here occasionally. The "Hot" light was on so we felt lucky. There were 3 people in front of us at 1:30 pm. We ended up being there 20 minutes. The poor guy in front of us ordered 13 dozen donuts at 8 am this morning for pick up and here it was 4 hours later and they weren't ready for him. Service was sooooo slow. The donuts were hot though.

Took the kids here because they give you a free donut for each A grade that you have on your report card. No idea when this started lol but it's a cool idea. The donuts were all fresh and hot and the staff was super nice and friendly! 5/5 recommend this place!

Strawberry Ice Donut

I've always been a fan of their glazed donuts. Especially when they are fresh and hot. They melt in your mouth. My most recent visit was for the Strawberry Iced donut, but I also ended up getting the Reese's Outrageous one because it was calling my name. They have 3 different Reese's donuts. I'm bound and determined to try the other 2 next time. Here are the descriptions from the menu. Classic Reese's Doughnut: A shell doughnut filled with Reese's Peanut Butter Kreme™, dipped in Hershey's chocolate icing, topped with mini peanut butter chips and a drizzle of Reese's chocolate and peanut butter sauce. Reese's Outrageous Doughnut: A chocolate yeast ring, dipped in Hershey's chocolate icing, topped with Mini Reese's pieces and a drizzle of salted caramel and Reese's peanut butter icing. Reese's Original Filled Chocolate Lovers Doughnut: A chocolate yeast ring filled with Reese's Peanut Butter Kreme™, dipped in Hershey's chocolate icing and decorated with Reese's peanut butter icing. So, I found the Reese's Outrageous donut interesting. The chocolate yeast ring was not very memorable. I'd prefer to have all of the same toppings on a regular glazed donut. Just being honest. I think my favorite was the Strawberry Iced with sprinkles. That one really hit that sweet spot. I do want to try the other Reese's variations. I think maybe the Classic Reese's one would be better. The drive-thru service was great. The staff were friendly and informative. I love that they put your donuts in a flat box versus being thrown into a bag. I hate when other donut shops do that, because the donuts stick together and make horrible pictures. This is a smaller Krispy Kreme location. The drive-thru is behind the old strip mall. I didn't even know they had one. I'm looking forward to another visit in the near future.

Store has been open for 2 hours and your choices are 4 different kinds. It is a constant pattern with this store that they are out of donuts. In the evening id expect it but in the morning when people are headed to work there is no excuse

I'm definitely agreeing with the person who posted their review of this location 6 hours before I did... We got half glazed, half specialty doughnuts, and the glazed were hot and fresh... However, the specialty donuts were super stale. I mean you could look at them and tell before even touching or tasting them! If you look at the pictures I posted, you can tell that they look a little wrinkly. On top of that, they were out of pretty much every variety... No raspberry filled, no strawberry, no chocolate filled glazed, no powdered or cake type donuts, and none of the limited edition pumpkin spice varieties either! We drove 25 minutes one way just to be given mostly stale old donuts... At least I had a coupon to use so we didn't pay full price...

This is their selection. It's not just "what's left." This is all they had all day today. This place is comically bad!

Comically bad. This place must be a drug front. They don't have almost anything. They weren't sold out; we asked, and this is all they had today. They were out of almost everything from opening to close.

Best original glazed donuts I've ever had hands down. The service can be an issue sometimes, just don't be a Karen and you're good

Received donuts that were hot but very stale and hard. Not what I'm use to from Krispy Kreme.

I could see that they had sold out of a few items, like fried oreo donuts, but they still had plenty of delicious treats left. I went with an apple fritter, guava-filled donut, samoa donut, and a frosted, then topped with mini M&Ms donut. Total cost for 4 pastries: $11.00. I made the mistake of having a piece of the apple fritter on my way home, and sadly could not stop eating it; thus, no picture. However, it was AMAZING. One of my favorites ever. The other donuts were parceled out over the weekend, and they were all delicious. This store has been around forever, and they are just as good as they always were. They also offer breakfast sandwiches and various coffees. Parking can be tricky even with their own parking lot, but it's worth the hassle. If you're done overpaying for fancy donuts, Nicola's will satisfy the craving.

This is hidden gem quaint neighborhood donut shop with a mom-and-pop feel. The pastries and service are both 5 stars. On our recent visit we came in about an hour after opening and were pleasantly greeted by the happy employee and their delectable donuts. With dozens of tasty treats to choose from we went with our favorites. Cronuts, apple fritter, cake donuts, and fruity pebbles. Thinking of it now makes totally giddy. We happily paid $18 for 8 speciality donuts. Nicola's is a favorite. I totally recommend. Get there before they sell out!

I stopped by later in the day, and they were basically sold out of almost everything which, honestly, is usually a great sign for a donut shop. There were only a few apple fritters left, along with some Boston cream donuts, so I grabbed a box to bring to the office during my clinical rotations and made sure to save one of each for myself. The apple fritter was absolutely delicious. fresh, flavorful, and packed with that perfect balance of sweetness and texture. The Boston cream was just as good, with a light, fluffy donut and a rich filling that wasn't overly sweet. The biggest compliment I can give is that the entire office loved them, and they disappeared quickly. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had that classic mom-and-pop shop feel that's getting harder to find these days. You can tell they focus on making quality products rather than trying to be a trendy chain. Next time I'll definitely make it there earlier before everything sells out. If a shop is running low by the afternoon, they're clearly doing something right. Hole In One Donut is a hidden gem, and I'd absolutely recommend stopping by if you're in the area. I'll definitely be back.

I typically order the chicken salad…read moreor a sandwich, and I also place large catering orders for my customers because they genuinely enjoy the food. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I won't be returning. I stopped in around 3:00 p.m. and was happy to see it wasn't busy. I went to the deli counter, waited for someone to serve me, ordered my chicken salad, grabbed a soda and chips, and headed to the open register. As I walked up, the cashier called another customer over ahead of me. I waited while he spent several minutes deciding whether to pay cash or by card because of the 4% card fee. I continued standing there with my three items, to the point that I actually set them down and debated walking out. Then, instead of helping me, the cashier motioned for an entire family to come to the registereven though I had been standing there waiting before they arrived. After that, she waved over another customer, and I had to wait while a mother and her two teenagers decided which desserts they wanted. Again, I stood there patiently. When it was finally my turn, there was no greeting, no "thank you for waiting," nothing. The first thing I was asked was, "Do you have a pickup order?" I said no. She then motioned for my chicken salad container, saying she needed it. I placed it on the scale and set my other items on the counter. The cashier then asked, "Are you okay?" I simply shook my head because, honestly, I wasn't. Instead of recognizing why I was frustrated, she continued talking, making comments, and escalating the interaction rather than simply ringing me up. At that point, I asked, "Do you want to argue? Do you want me to go back and forth with you?" I then asked who the manager was. She pointed to a woman beside her, who identified herself as the owner. I asked if she could ring me up instead. Even then, the cashier continued making comments. It was only after she continued engaging me that my voice became louder in response. Rather than addressing the repeated comments from her employee or asking what had happened, the owner immediately said, "Do not raise your voice at my employee." That response was disappointing. There was no concern for the customer experience, no apology for repeatedly being skipped in line, and no attempt to resolve the situation. There was also no acknowledgment that the interaction had been escalated by the cashier's continued remarks before I ever raised my voice. The irony is that I have spent a significant amount of money catering from Frankie's Deli over the years because my customers love the food. Good food will bring people in once. Great customer service keeps them coming back. Sadly, this experience ended that relationship for me. There are plenty of places with great food, but respect and customer service matter just as much. One final thought: this is Florida not NY. Hospitality goes a long way. The aggressive, dismissive attitude I experienced isn't what I expect when supporting a local business. I won't be back.
