The service at this location takes away from the tastiness of the donut. An employee said to what I only assumed was the manager "theres people standing in line" he just waved his hand as if waving it off and proceeded to just run his mouth giving all the details of his weekend. But the CAKE donut was delicious just ridiculous service. it would've been 5 stars if not for the attitude dude. read more

We visited a couple of months back, and while the donuts were good, I feel like they are extremely overrated. We weren't at all happy with the customer service we received. As it was our first visit, we didn't know exactly what our party of four wanted, so we were trying to view the menu and make decisions, yet we were rushed, hardcore by an older lady behind the counter. Waited in line outside because of limitations on customers in the store. OK, doing the right thing to keep us all safe. or so I thought. We were the only customers in the store wearing masks a d nothing was said. The "person in charge" was wearing a mask that basically covered her chin and later told me it only had to cover her mouth and n besides she has asthma so a medical exemption. Bad enough, so far. it gets worse. there were 4 employees making the donuts. only 3 were wearing masks. When I realized this I cancelled my order and asked for my money back. The "person in charge" told me this employee also had a medical exemption and the manager and owner are fine with it. Her attitude was terrible. Every business has the right to operate as they choose during the pandemic. This store's choice has ensured that I won't ever be a customer. read more

First I'll say that the establishment was orderly and clean. But my rating is based on the doughnuts. The doughnut is a cake consistency. It was just ok. My biggest complaint, all the icings used have this extreme cheap flavoring/sugar taste. The icings aren't real ingredients- best I can try to explain. If I had to guess all the flavors are powder with water mixed in. At least that's what it taste like. That aside service was friendly and fast. Just not wowed enough to recommend or go back. The donuts were DELICIOUS! Lots of choices and combinations that met everyone's tastebuds. We bought a dozen and had each one made differently. The line moves quickly. We also order 2 iced coffees that were very good. My one suggestion is that Macy (appeared to be a manager in a red shirt) not correct everything the employees do in front of the customers. I watched her rudely correct and embarrass two employees in the 20 minutes I was in the store. As their manager, don't be a show off and think customers want to see you correcting them in the manner you did...I felt bad for the cashier and the girl filling the coffees. Always busy but the donuts are always fresh and don't make it to the vehicle. No indoor seating so you have to take the donuts to go.

The food was great, the wait was long. I guess we can't help it in the age of no one wants to work. The people working were hard at work.

Went in and ordered two hot chocolates, a caramel macchiato, a latte and two donuts. Took THIRTY minutes to finally get the order. The entire place was packed with disgruntled customers and there was basically no seating except for four metal barstools in the corner. You know the sloths from that one scene in Zootopia? Yeah, those things somehow managed to escape their movie and have disguised themselves as employees. The girls making the drinks were chatting while sloooowwwwlly pouring the syrup and drinks. It took ten minutes to get a small hot chocolate. And the others were basically on 0.5x speed the entire time. The donuts were good and the drinks were pretty delicious, but not enough to justify that kind of wait, which is why I can only give this place two stars. read more
