Fun flight of 5 oz. pours
    Elle C.

I love their open-&-airy space, with inside and outside seating -- and in our case, we had the best of both worlds (sitting inside on barstools at their outside-facing counters) allowing one to enjoy the comfort of sitting indoors, feeling the fresh air, as well as people-watching! In addition, I love the fun-&-creative names and variety of tasting options (5, 10, and 16 oz., as well as 32 and 64 oz. to go). Ordering a flight of five 5 oz. pours was attractively served in a nice tray, appreciatively labeled, and lined up from lightest to darkest. It has a casual, laid-back locals vibe -- even the "local" dogs knew where to go to receive a treat! Fun, relaxed experience!

Good atmosphere, great trivia and bingo, but beers are not the best. Fun atmosphere. Food truck outside and dog friendly is a plus.

Some of the best beer in SD and I've been to quite a few breweries out here. IPAs, blondes, pale ales, etc. staff is super cool at both locations. Cool games for guests creating a fun vibe. Nice merch too and good music. 5/5

    Flight of deliciousness.

Decent spot for beer. Half the menu is filled with IPAs and the rest for everyone else's taste. My favorite beer was their golden honey. The rest were solid but nothing that really stood out. They have indoor and outdoor seating and a spacious bathroom that is clean but doesn't smell clean. Probably bc there's a urinal in there. They also have a baby changing pad there.

Kailea is a great bartender! Had a good time sampling all the beers at Duck Foot... It's a nice open and airy tasting room on the 101 in leucadia next to the Bing Surf Shop (the former home of the Longboard Grotto and surfy surfy...) great place to relax and have a few beers...

We made it on a lovely Summer day :)

Great location cruising it down to SD! The sun was shining and the space was lovely. They had some great swag for ladies and the beer was delicious. I didn't see any food options but I believe they had snacks. There were some really great food options around too! The service was friendly and they had a great selection of solid beers.

We heard good things about this brewery and wanted to make a special stop during our vacation. I tried the Lemonade & Guava Radler beer slushie. It was tart and refreshing. My husband really liked the Tropical Blonde. We caught the end of a golf tournament here and the crowd was lively and fun. We'd love to come back next time we visit the area.

Amazing selection of locally crafted beers, cool space, and fun events like trivia and bingo on weeknights. As a taproom I'm giving Duck Foot 5 stars mostly focusing on the drinks quality, however I will say I'd be inclined to go more often if there were more snacking available :) Haggo's tacos teams up with Duck Foot on game nights which is nice!

This place was packed for trivia night and we were not able to do a flight, so perhaps this isn't the most fair review. It was too hot and loud to have multiple beers.

The crust on both was kind of a hand tossed /thin crust. Basically perfect with a nice crunch. The hot honey could have used a little more salami but was delicious. The BBQ chicken could have been a little heavier on the BBQ sauce, but also fantastic. Son had a Coke, I had a Hazy IPA. Service was quick and efficient at the counter. Hot honey pizza came out first and then it was quite a wait for the BBQ chicken pizza. They should come out together or very close in my opinion. Both pizzas were served hot and fresh. Service at the bar for a beer was perfect as I didn't know what I wanted but was offered a couple of sample sips which was nice. Perfect Coast Highway ambiance and prices that were reasonable considering SoCal coastal restaurants. The artwork on the walls and skateboarding vibe was present everywhere. Super cool place and we'll definitely be back. It's all about that crust!

It's rare to find a place where everything on the menu is consistently this good. The atmosphere is always great, the food is outstanding, and it's become one of my favorite spots in Encinitas. Whether you're stopping by for drinks, lunch, or dinner, you really can't go wrong. Highly recommend I'll definitely be back for more cornbread!

My burger had very little flavor. The meat was dry, it was still edible just wouldn't order it again. The Caesar salad was fantastic!!!! The lettuce was amazing and the dressing was absolutely delicious. My mother ordered the fig burger with a side of onion rings and instead she got fries and there was no goat cheese on the burger. However she still loved the burger. Also all the pictures online show that they have WAFFLE FRIES - THEY DO NOT. The service was good and they were helpful in fixing the issues with the onion rings. Ambiance is very loud being right on the 101 but it's not terrible.

I'll admit it was a little bit of a culture shock when I walked in. Albums for sale, food, coffee, and more of a lounge feel than the classic San Diego brewery setup I'm used to. There were plenty of Padres fans rolling through that day, which added to the energy. The beer is still Modern Times, still cold, and still refreshing. Fun spot.

And our server was fantastic. So why, you might ask, only 4 stars in my review. Two reasons: 1). Management has prohibited giving a splash of a beer for someone to sample. Bottom line is that I wanted to order a pint of beer, but I wanted a splash of a couple of beers to try to make my decision. They refused, saying that one must buy a 5oz taster if one wants to taste the beer. I find that policy offensive. In the end I bought a taster to taste the Chuuurch, and then bought an additional pint after. It just seems nickel and dimey, and would be asking to an ice cream place not allowing one to sample their ice creams before buying a cone. I hope management reconsiders this policy. 2. My wife got the Hot Mess Fries and was disappointed not only in the flavor, but also in the misleading advertising. On the menu it specifically said that there was bacon in the fries, but in fact what they put on the fries was either chunks of ham or "Canadian bacon" (which as we all know is a very different thing from "bacon"). If they were or of regular bacon, the kitchen should have told the server this so he could have asked her if she wanted ham as a substitute. And, of they always use ham instead of bacon, them the menu needs to be changed to reflect that.
