Such a rad pizza spot. Great quality meats and house made sourdough crust!! Everything we ordered was delicious. Really a fan of their crust and quality of all of their ingredients. You can order pizza by the slice or a whole pie. They have a good selection of pizzas so there's bound to be something for everyone. Interior seating is limited it there's ample seating outside with heaters above. There is also a bar seating inside. Since we were dining in, the server took our order at our table. She was sweet, friendly, and patient while we tried to figure out what to order. The raddest part of our visit was that Mike McGill was there and brought out the pizza condiments like no big deal. He was super chill and we were able to talk to him for a bit. Seems like a really solid down to earth dude. Will definitely be coming back!

Food: Delicious pizza, love the sourdough bread on pizza and that all ingredients are healthier, yet still delicious Service: Great, you order at register and they will drop off the food. Staff is super friendly. Ambiance: Casual and fun Noteworthy: My husband who keeps up with local skateboarding legends, and still skateboards himself, wanted to come to this pizza place because Mike McGill was a part of it. When we were eating, my husband sees him & I said, let's ask him if he'll take a picture with you. Not only did he take a picture, he told us about the restaurant, ingredients, how his family is involved and brought us some honey and ranch to try on our pizza (all delicious on pizza) and was such a nice guy! We will definitely bring our friends to try our new favorite pizza place and thank you Mike for making us feel welcome at your restaurant

Definitely a must stop when in so cal. Good pizza, decent prices, good ingredients and if you are a fan of skateboarding lots of nostalgia here. Lots of space for parties as well. My son loved the pizza and ate nearly half by himself.

We held our softball party here this past weekend. Pizzas were huge and delicious! Beers were cold and great selection of other foods like salads and sandwhiches. Lots of space and nice, welcoming staff! Thanks for such a fun time and look forward to returning soon!

Absolutely love this place. They have a great choice of beers and their pizza is delicious. Customer service was on point. A must try. They sell by the slice. Reasonably priced.

Gave Johnny Radz a try today and liked it! The space has a nice open feel with bar seating and plenty of patio space. We had a half cheese and pepperoni pizza and a gluten free margarita. I also had a blackberry seltzer. They have some sandwiches additionally on the menu. My husband is from NY so he is picky about pizza and he really liked the style! My son said the pepperoni was not too spicy. The gluten-free Margherita was just OK. I prefer a Margherita with tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella and this is one just had some olive oil. I think I would try a different type of pizza next time, but we will be back. I love the addition to Leucadia

Biggie Approved! Local Powell & Peralta skateboard legend Mike McGill has a stake in this super cool dog friendly pizza joint! We've been to Johnny Radz 3 times so far! Pizza is amazing with plenty of toppings to choose from! The crust is light and crispy! Our favorite pizzas are the Meaty pizza with fresh sliced jalapeños on half and the Sausage and Peppers pizza. Johnny Radz has a decent beer selection on draft and also offer a couple wine options. There are plenty of TV's both inside and outside the restaurant! Next time you're in Leucadia stop in and check it out! Oh and they also sell pizza by the slice!

This is the place to go in Leucadia. The vibe is great. The details from the pool coping footrests at the bar to the food are all designed to keep you hanging out and coming back. The staff and great and attentive. The skate culture runs deep.

    Yummy pizza and beer.

We ended up grabbing seats at the bar, which was a great choice. We ordered the: *Fig Burger with Brussels Sprouts: the Brussels sprouts were phenomenal. They had what tasted like pecans, some kind of glaze, and cheese... seriously so good. The Fig Burger itself was just as impressive with such a unique combo and absolutely delicious. *Steak Sandwich with Onion Rings: this was also a standout. Perfectly cooked, super flavorful, and came with a great dipping sauce that really tied it all together. The onion rings were crispy and on point too. First off, I love that they offer a variety of sides (sweet potato fries, truffle fries, mac & cheese, Brussels sprouts, etc.), though most come with a small upcharge. We had a few drinks and even grabbed a bottle of wine from the bar to take back to our Airbnb, which was a nice bonus. The vibe was relaxed with TVs playing highlights from a basketball game, and the bartender/server was awesome. Parking was easy with free street parking, though that might've been because it was late and a holiday. Only heads up: definitely call ahead about kitchen and closing times, especially on holidays. Online said they close at midnight, but they were actually closing at 11 PM. We were told over the phone the kitchen closed at 9:45 PM, but when we arrived at 9:30 PM, it had just switched to last call. Thankfully, they were kind enough to still get our order in. Overall, phenomenal food, great service, and a solid spot worth checking out. Would definitely come back.

And our server was fantastic. So why, you might ask, only 4 stars in my review. Two reasons: 1). Management has prohibited giving a splash of a beer for someone to sample. Bottom line is that I wanted to order a pint of beer, but I wanted a splash of a couple of beers to try to make my decision. They refused, saying that one must buy a 5oz taster if one wants to taste the beer. I find that policy offensive. In the end I bought a taster to taste the Chuuurch, and then bought an additional pint after. It just seems nickel and dimey, and would be asking to an ice cream place not allowing one to sample their ice creams before buying a cone. I hope management reconsiders this policy. 2. My wife got the Hot Mess Fries and was disappointed not only in the flavor, but also in the misleading advertising. On the menu it specifically said that there was bacon in the fries, but in fact what they put on the fries was either chunks of ham or "Canadian bacon" (which as we all know is a very different thing from "bacon"). If they were or of regular bacon, the kitchen should have told the server this so he could have asked her if she wanted ham as a substitute. And, of they always use ham instead of bacon, them the menu needs to be changed to reflect that.
