They did an excellent job on the exterior and interior of the vehicle, big team of lots of people working hard. Interior was not super detailed like a dealership would do - but it's good enough for your everyday person who just wants a clean car in less time it takes to lug your vacuum outside and deal with unplugging it and poor maneuverability the whole time.... Deducted 1 star because cost of $18 is a lot - there are a lot of full service car washes in jersey that charge $7 for same. Should be cheaper or have some coupons. You get what you pay for. The full service gets your exterior, vacuum, and a quick wipe down of the dash. I haven't found any added value in the upgrades. They do a decent job on the tires and windows more than not. I was the 4t car in line and enjoyed a visit to wawa next door for an iced coffee and was in and out in 20ish minutes. Quick way to get the brake dust off the wheels and clean off some of the road grim without having to spend the DIY time at home. read more

We paid full price for the top clean of our car. They didn't vacuum the inside as it's part of the clean. They did not wipe down the inside or outside as is part of the clean. Did not wipe down the interior as part of the clean. Overall it sucked I wouldn't waste the money or time at this place. Inside of car was dusted windows cleaned but the areas around the back hood were left grimy with street soil and dried mud, grime inside doors not addressed at all. Service is not all that bad. The quality could be better for the price as they do charge top dollar. Passable all in all. The biggest problem is that they are rarely open. Out of he last 5 times I have gone to get my truck washed, they have been open twice. Now I call first to see if they are open. My experience is that they are open about 20% of the published business hours. this car wash is a joke, paid $23 to get a full clean done inside and out. the inside looks the same, when I brought it. I figured I'll let them clean it, get them some money in because of the virus and being closed. never again, not worth saving. I even went in and complained about what they missed and watching how they fix is a joke. spray a little wipe, okay looks clean. and the one guy that sits in the car doing the windows is just sitting there smearing the window without any cleaner. they dry wipe, good way to scratch or scrape the car, even the girl that was drying the car, walked around around once with the dry cloth. and I walked around again trying to look like she was doing something. and the tire guy didn't even put any effort into polishing the tire. if a high prices for this and they could have done a whole lot better. My husband had his truck washed today, when he came home his sun glasses were missing from the console. They were in a case. He moved the case to get the wrench to put his antenna back on the truck and noticed the case was empty. The glasses were in the case when the truck went into the car wash and were not in the case when it came out. So, the new people are stealing, be aware. He went back to confront the manager and when he took a good look into the empty case, the thief had left him a note "fuck you cocksucker" was what the thief let him. Asked for the $29 wash. Wrote me up for $18 wash. Went through twice and my cup holder on the door and center were still gross. Dirt and coffee spills. In front of my shorter was also dirty. Never touched. Seats weren't vacuumed . They did an ok wash job, wiped my windows down and vacuumed the floor. That's not what I paid for. Left and went to a different car wash and did it myself. I always give a business a second chance. This was one of those cases, I brought my van to this car wash a month ago and they did a lousy job. I brough my van to them again today and again an awful job. Fix men came running out to my van with rags, there were no other cars at the car wash, so there was no need for these guys to spend less than a minute in my vehicle. I had my car washed on Tuesday. I got armor all for the interior. They had 3 cars ask for that and they couldn't figure out how to use their labor effectively to make it happen without a huge delay. I was given a Pre-Paid card as a gift with an expiration date of 01/26/2045. I used the card in August 2019 without a problem. I tried to use the card again in October 2019 and was told the new owner is not honoring the Pre-Paid cards. I saw no signs posted in either August 2019 or October 2019 giving notice of this change. As my car was already being washed I believed I had no choice but to pay cash for the wash. I wonder what would have happened if I did not have cash or a credit card or refused to pay. I believe the new owner should have had an agreement with the old owner to honor all Pre-Paid cards. The old owner could reimburse the new owner for the Pre-Paid cards. I've been in Milford approximately eighteen months for work; I travel the country for my job. These people perform the BARE MINIMUM to clean your automobile. On my first trip, the job was awful and I complained; the Manager told me that I needed to go to a detail shop to do all the things I complained about! I merely asked for dirt/grime to be removed from the outside of my pickup. These folks never touched the running boards or anything seemingly below the door handles. The EXTREME wash is $26 and you should get a lot more effort put into the quality of the wash!!! Sometimes you get a decent wash job. Most of the time it's mediocre at best! They charge extra to half-ass "clean" your floor mats! Today, my pickup looked awful and there was not a hint they had used any cherry scent and my floor mats looked worse after the wash than they did before! Someone needs to buy this place AND STRAIGHTEN IT OUT. It would be a great location for a REAL CARWASH! Much SADNESS LOOMING over this place!!!! read more

The plastic entrance and exit curtains did not open and the employee drove my vehicle through the curtains which scratched the top, front, both sides of vehicle and both side mirrors. I have gotten my cars washed here for years and the past few times has been a disappointment. This last visit (9/11/2019) was no different. I chose the $18 service which includes an exterior wash & interior wipe down (all windows cleaned, too). First, the guy who handed me the ticket for the service, handed me 2 tickets. I didn't pay attention. I handed a ticket to the cashier and was charged $21 (The next service up is $23. I guess she gave me a senior citizen disc.). I questioned the charge and showed the cashier the ticket for the service I requested. She voided the transaction and charged me for the requested service. I looked at my bank statement the next day and there are two charges on my account. I hope I don't have to fight to get the $21 reimbursed. Next, they wiped down the dashboard and the front glass but not the rear of the car windows (4 door car). I only noticed after I left and the sun glare hit the glass; I could see the windows were still dirty. I should have paid more attention from start to finish. Paid $25 for the "Extreme". They did a good job on the outside, but the inside wasn't cleaned around the cup holders and they didn't vacuum the carpet in the hatch area. For that amount of money, they could have done a better job. read more
