The worst tire shop I have ever been. I joined yelp for more than 10 years and never ever write a…read morebad review because everyone has their own way to operate their business and most of the time bad experience is usually coming from a person. This tire shop is completely different. I went to this place for a tire replacement because they offer 24/7. Before I got there, I called in advance asking the price for mounting and they offered $30 which was reasonable. When I got their parking lot, I told the guy that I need to replace one of my rear tires and I have my own full size spare tire plus swapping one of my tire between the front tire vs one of the rear tire. He turned around and just walked without saying a word. After I waited for more than 10 mins, I called the shop again and the lady apologized and confirmed the price would be $45 (mount + one tire rotation). Also she mentioned she would send another guy immediately. Few mins later, a young tall teenager came out and told me I need to pay $70 instead of $45. I demanded to speak with the store manager and he quietly said "I am the boss" and I just seriously asked the last time if they are going to do the business or not, and once again he just turned around and went back inside the shop. God blessed. I ended up going to Los Brothers Tire Shop 24/7 and they know what is business. I spent 30 minutes there but the workers clearly showed they did not want to do their job at all. There was another customer arrived 10 after me while I was waiting and they didn't even come out at all and just hid inside the shop and that customer left after 10 mins waiting. Extremely terrific management hiring unprofessional workers. Perhaps, the workers there hate to work there and they probably do not to work there at all and that's why they purposely kicked all the customers out so they have less to do. Do Not Go There. You Won't get your tire fixed other than being insulted. P.S. Owner of Adonai: You need to hire the right people.
