I had a maintenance appointment scheduled months ago for today between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. No one called or texted to let me know the technician was running late. When I called, I was met with an AI phone system. After repeatedly asking to speak with a real person, I finally reached someone, but she couldn't provide any information because dispatch wasn't responding to her either. As I write this, I'm still waiting for my technician to arrive. The excellent customer service was the main reason I chose this company and purchased a service contract. This experience has been extremely disappointing. At a minimum, current contract customers should have been notified that the company had been sold and reassured that service would continue without disruption. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend this company.

However, scheduling seemed to be fair easier with them than any other, and Shawn (the electrician that was dispatched) was a pleasure to work with, even trying to help troubleshoot a related situation (not specific to his work). Where can they improve? That's easy... 1. Clearly, you price based on the service as you should. Some tasks though should not warrant such a premium. Consider coming down about 20%. 2. The sales process - basically everything before getting an expert out - is not optimal if you're someone who knows what needs to get done and just needs "the smart one" to show up and do an assessment. There wasn't pressure; just needless extra steps. 3. I will have to make some adjustments due to observations after Shawn left; it's not his fault specifically, the home had some wonky wiring and the install had some very picky requirements where the use case is going to warrant some changes. Due to the high premium, I can't justify having him back out like I normally would. Ultimately, for electrical, do I recommend? Yes. I just think they have opportunities to improve.

On their radio show they frequently made the point of Capital's complete analysis of your existing system and equipment. Many potential improvements to my older system were discussed and how this would provide better comfort and efficiency. Justin D. explained in language I could understand and answered all my questions. I appreciated their respect for my home and wore disposals slip on booties. I noticed they were the only HVAC company to actually use a scope type camera tool to validate problem areas. They showed me, real time, what they discovered. I feel they were the most thorough and felt my issues were each addressed. I have not yet made a final decision on my replacement company but I solidly recommend Capital Heating as a quality organization with great customer service and support.

They are so overrated not to mention if you did business with them over 8 years ago and you don't have the receipts they will tell you they didn't install something that we know they installed like a brand new water heater. I would never spend another dime with this company. If they don't come repair what I already paid for I'm looking at a law suit.

They estimated a big window for service (5+hrs) but when all was said and done the tech was at my door within an hour of my initial call. Brandon was very polite and solved the problem quickly. It looks like they will do heating, cooling and plumbing throughout Milwaukee, Waukesha, (and possibly) Washington counties. I would definitely recommend!

While I was not crazy about Pam in our initial interaction, she got better over time. After comparing multiple bids, I selected Seider, their Daikin Central Air unit came with an almost unheard of 12 year parts and labor warranty. With a little back and forth with Todd on a time for installation, we were all set. Pam and I scheduled the day and time and sure enough, the installers were there exactly when Pam said they would be. Just two minor quibbles that prevented five stars here: 1) After installation, the installers left behind some screws on the floor that I naturally stepped on in stocking feet several days later. 2) The electrician asked before using my bathroom, but did not feel the need to wash his hands afterwards. Everything else was great and I would use them again in the future.
