For a place that has so many parts, we always have to wait for a few days for parts to come in. They are not reliable, our air conditioning failed a week ago and we have to pay around $900 for that and it just failed again and they are charging us $250 for diagnostic and we do not know how much the part will be until Monday. They said the motherboard was fried and we had to replace the whole system. If you are okay with calling them frequently for something to fail and waiting a few cold nights or hot days for them to get the part, this is the company you want to do business with. This business seems too shady. We called a different (Oak Creek Heating and Cooling) they were able to find the source and were able to fix it for under $90. Oak Creek Heating and Cooking seems more experienced and knowledgeable. I will be going with them from now on.

Wonderful Service…read more Our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and we opted for a new furnace. The crew brought space heaters to our home to keep us warm for the 24 hours before the new furnace would be installed. They replaced our furnace on the "coldest day" in 6 years (literally - January 21st)! Every crew member was friendly, and polite and took great care to keep our home clean. They covered our floors, wore shoe covers, and even vacuumed the area where they worked in the basement. We have been a loyal customer for decades. We highly recommend Dave Perry Heating & Cooling. Unfortunately, without any notification to existing customers, the company was sold to ABC Heating. I had a maintenance appointment scheduled months ago for today between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. No one called or texted to let me know the technician was running late. When I called, I was met with an AI phone system. After repeatedly asking to speak with a real person, I finally reached someone, but she couldn't provide any information because dispatch wasn't responding to her either. As I write this, I'm still waiting for my technician to arrive. The excellent customer service was the main reason I chose this company and purchased a service contract. This experience has been extremely disappointing. At a minimum, current contract customers should have been notified that the company had been sold and reassured that service would continue without disruption. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend this company.
