Finally sent in a request on Yelp to nearby towing companies. One quoted $285.00. Jesus from Nearby towing sent a message to call him shortly after the other quote came in. When I called he was so nice and said he would tow my car for $145.00 which I agreed to. He gave me an approximate time in the morning when he could get down here and answered both times I checked on timing. It was my battery so he jumped the car and only charged $50.00 for the service after driving from Tucson. He was so nice, friendly and more than fair. Michele answered my call and was very nice and friendly. I contacted her an hour or 2 before the dealership closed. She assured me they'd (she and her husband the mechanic) go first thing in the morning. She was in contact with me and updating me the whole way. From contacting the dealership, eta, waiting for the keys and so on. Upon inspection they found so many things wrong with this vehicle that was not brought to my attention by the salesman at this dealership. The car had oil leaks, been in an accident, and the paint job wasn't as nice as the dealership was trying to portray. The dealership was asking 9k and it would have cost me 2k to ship to Hawaii! Michele and Rob just saved me $11k! I'm so glad I contacted them before purchasing that vehicle! I highly recommend this company and would definitely call them again! Oh! She also sent lots of pics showing everything they did not think was right with that vehicle.

Because I couldn't get the vehicle inspected, I had to leave without making a purchase. What a waste of time. No call, no text, no show, no service provided.

After what…read moreseemed like a decent phone call with Chris yesterday he had had a quote of almost double of his competitor Barnett's. Chris had expressed he would like to earn my business and said he would match their pricing if I would commit to using him. We discussed payment and after finding out there would be a $40 fee for card I told him i would not be doing that and could do Venmo or business check and we had mutually agreed on Venmo. We scheduled for first thing this morning and he picks the truck up late around 1pm. He texts me when he gets to the shop we were paying to have the truck hauled to and requests we get him paid while he's still there. It's not working because apparently his account is not set up completely ... his response is "weird" and nothing more. My husband tries setting up to leave work and meet him with cash on his way back to his shop as the shop he had taken it to was about an hour past where my husband was at in Marana and Sierra Towing is in Tucson so it would be on the way. At this point Chris is just not responding to anyone. I try calling several times and receive a text saying he is hooking it up and impounding it at his yard. The experience we had could not have been more unprofessional. I would HIGHLY recommend going with Barnett's before giving yourself and unnecessary headache with this company. My husband has had a trucking company for several years and has dealt with many tow companies. Not one experience as awful as with this company.
