Service was absolutely abysmal and dangerous - review from an existing patient who will never…read morereturn. I have been an existing patient at Raleigh Capitol for a few years now. I have a rare genetic condition that affected the development of my ears (noted on file), so my ears are physically sensitive due to extreme scarring from multiple surgeries. This is to keep in mind when evaluating whether you would want to go to this office. The other Raleigh Capitol offices have been great...not this one. But the treatment I received was so poor that I cannot trust their offices with my hearing aids ever again. The women at the desk seemed completely unaware about how hearing aids function on a basic level to where it was frustrating. They did not seem to realize how ridiculous of an ask they were asking. I didn't do this, but I shouldn't have to divulge personal information about my health to make them understand I needed help. I was hoping this would be information that people working at a doctor's office would assume. I had an emergency and needed to get my hearing aid's tubing replaced because it broke in half. Anyone who has done this knows that this takes 5 minutes. Five minutes total to remove the tube, insert a new tube, measure the tube against the ear, and attach it to the hook of the hearing aid. I was told that this was not possible without dropping off the entirety of my hearing aid, including the hearing aid itself, and having it measured later (as in possibly days from when I would drop it off). Unlike what people may assume about the typical audiologist patient, I may have another hearing aid, but it doesn't help my hearing loss much at all. So I need this hearing aid. I don't know sign language and nobody in my life knows it. If I left, I wouldn't have been able to work. I had no other option. Also, unlike the typical audiologist patient, I'm not retired (no shame to the retirees reading this). I can't just leave work, drive 30 minutes, to spend the 3 minutes to have an ear tube measured against my ear, then drive back 30 minutes on such a short notice without significantly disrupting the workplace. It would be unfair to them. I had time before work, so I wanted that time to be utilized. I understand other patients exist, which is why I was willing to wait until that time opened up. Thankfully it did. I waited until the 5 minutes could be spent and thankfully got my ear mold, ear tube, and hook back. I believed I could finally hear in good quality and without pain. That was not the case. I don't know who exactly changed my ear tube. I saw a young tall brunette woman this time. But the only thing I do know is that you should absolutely never have an emergency situation under her care because it seems like she will be vindictive towards you and damage your things if you show up with an emergency situation. I went back to my car after the ordeal and began to feel pain in my ear canal. I took out my hearing aid and noticed a chip on the "nose" of the ear mold which goes inside the ear canal alongside the edge of the tube sticking out of the ear mold. It felt sharp and was hurting me. Did she stick the tube out from behind the ear mold and sharpen the ear tube enough to cut me? Probably not. But did she break my solid as a rock, non-rubber ear mold and cause a large crack traveling down the most "inside the ear" portion of it? Yes. I had to fix the sticking out piece by myself. However I need to find another office who can offer me a solution for my chipped and cracked ear mold. I don't want a piece to break off and lodge into my ear canal...I shudder at the thought of it. So all and all, if me showing up with an emergency situation was enough to annoy her to the point of doing such a half-hazard job that caused me pain later...thank God I did not give them my hearing aid. I spent a few thousand dollars on them. But this office does not care about the details. It's just a job. It's a money maker. Why put any more effort into it.

We arrived at the desk with 5 minutes to spare and instead of annoyance the team was welcoming…read more Our appointment was on time and the Physician spoke with my child, the patient. She was also welcoming of my daughter with special needs! Plus. She was great to get us right in to the audiologist and help us to rule out concerns. I had also had trouble with the forms and instead of being dismissive they laughed with me and understood. I'd highly recommend coming here!

After several weeks I finally got in contact with them again - a gentleman named Srini - and was told I had an outstanding balance of almost $200, which I had never been notified of. After explaining I had no knowledge of this, but would be willing to pay, I was told they would take me to court. After attempting to call several times after, my partner was finally able to get through (they wouldn't answer from my number). They informed her that they had the wrong address on file (but had our phone number and email, just never used it). After the payment was completed my partner confirmed we would not "be seeing them in court" as they had threatened. Srini proceeded to tell my partner that I was a child and needed to grow up. He also informed my partner that he had "been doing this for a long time and isn't worried" that we were upset. He proceeded to tell my partner that I was childish and in the wrong (I understandably had gotten upset after being told we were going to court or collections over an amount I was trying to pay). Don't waste your money here. They simply want money and have no concept of customer service.

After giving my husband allergy shots for 3 years we found out that he should NEVER have been given…read moreallergy shots. According to the American Academy of Allergy Asthma & Immunology allergy immunotherapy is not recommended for those taking beta blockers. He has been taking them for over 10 years, and they were included on the medicine list provided Dr. Deogun on the first and subsequent visits. He was never told there was an extra risk for having allergy shots while taking a beta blocker, as he would never have agreed to the treatment.

I've been going through immunotherapy for almost 1 year now for my allergies to grasses, trees,…read moredogs, cats (basically everything wonderful in the world!) and have been at this Cary location for about 8 of those months since moving to the area. I had my files (and viles) transferred from another office and it was relatively a smooth transition. The doctors here are very nice and professional. The most annoying thing about immunotherapy is the beginning build-up process to maintenance when you have to actually schedule appointments and see the doctor after receiving shots - but once you get to maintenance and can just roll in, get your shot, wait 30minutes and leave, it's great to hang out with dogs in the grass again! :) My only qualm is that this office requires you to purchase an EpiPen (about $200+ these days!) and my other office did not. Also their schedule is kind of weird! Make sure you get a monthly paper schedule and sign up for emails and texts because they tend to close the office & shot clinic on random days.

I have been a patience with Dr. Judge for a long time. He has a location within Raleigh and Cary…read morethat he goes between. Now, I have to admit - when I first met him, I thought this isn't going to work. He "came" off a little abrasive. I didn't feel heard or understood. It didn't seem so good. However, I went back for my follow-up and realized as much as it comes off abrasive - it's how he needs to obtain the information to make an informed decision. What do I mean by this? You have to provide him specifics not HOW you feel. Feelings don't express how long you have been dealing with something. Feelings don't express specifically what issues you are dealing with. Ex: "I haven't felt good this week" - that doesn't tell him much. However, if you state "Since the 1st of xxxx I have been dealing with hives and itching on my lower back/arms/and face. As of last week, these issues have gotten worse where I am now taking three xxxx pills and xxxx to just maintain my daily life." Once I caught onto that element, my conversations and visits became a lot better. I actually started to keep track of stuff - so that I could speak specifics to him not just how I was feeling overall. This has turned into very details actions plans that made me feel seen, heard, and understood. The office staff members are kind. Now, one thing I will point out - like the other reviews - the wait time can be crazy. I have been there where I have been in and out within an hour. Then there have been times that it has taken longer. So, that is something to take into consideration.
