She provides a very warm, welcoming, comfortable, and nurturing environment. On top of being a pelvic floor therapist she is a postpartum corrective exercise specialist and has a wealth of knowledge and experience on perinatal pelvic floor disorders, and C-section recovery and scar treatment. The clinic itself is nestled in Hillsborough and shares a building with a dental office. It has good parking with a small lot outside. The facility is extremely clean. Kyrsten provides a lot of free stuff such as her 0-6 month postpartum guide, and has an array of perinatal samples to try in her office (Hurraw lip balm/certified organic vulvar cream/stretch mark creams/lubrications etc.) What I like about this business is that Kyrsten not only provides 1:1 patient care, but has also created an inclusive community with the Hillsborough/Chapel Hill/Mebane/Burlington moms called Nurturing Moms. She is out in the community providing patient education courses at a local yoga studio on top of free hang out events that moms can bring her kids to.
