The price was 50% higher than safelight but since we're at MV and I needed it done, ok. He asked for a deposit, I paid 50% August 9th. He said they would install Tuesday or Wednesday Since then over the last several weeks I have inquired several times by email and phone. As of yesterday August 27th the phone goes right to voice with a 'mailbox full' message. I went to my credit card company and opened a dispute for fraud. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THESE PEOPLE SUCK I sure wish I had checked them out with Yelp first. Shame on me.

Our houses have very high ceilings and large half moon windows on the second floor, to enhance lighting and allow sky views. All the windows were dusty and cloudy and unpleasant to look through. However, after MV Cleaning Care worked their magic, everything looks brilliant, both inside and outside! Pablo and Flavio have an excellent and professional 'can do' attitude and their customer service is impeccable. They showed up on time as per our agreement, took on the job and cleaned the interior and exterior windows, muntins and screens, (they even repaired the screens that were damaged, totally unexpected but what a pleasure) and further, cleaned our garage windows despite having to navigate the obstacle course of our disorganized garage. Our windows are sparkling and clear, our views are renewed, and all for a VERY FAIR AND HONEST PRICE! This group does other work as well and I have already engaged them to work on my other home projects. Very satisfied with this company and I highly recommend them. You won't be sorry.

Called Falmouth Glass and Mirror for a hinged shower door install for new bath. They responded to…read moremy call quickly. Went to showroom and picked a door and options and thet came out to measure opening promptly. Personnel were polite and straightforward. I had a couple of other glass installers come out and give estimates but i didnt get a warm-fuzzy on the install process. I was concerned about possible penetration of the waterproof membrane curbing for the shower and Falmouth Glass gave me most thorough explanation of the process and assuring me the curbing waterproofing would not be compromised. The install went smoothly except i noticed the door hinge was slightly crooked. I called and a couple of (polite) guys returned promptly and straightened the hinge. Door looks great and operates smoothly.

Measurements were scheduled for the day after the sale ended so Bali had to give permission to honor the sale prices. The technician that did the measuring was very nice. On 7/18 Blinds Unlimited was notified that my delivery date was 7/28 but I would wait for installation until 7/30 to give a couple of extra days. I was advised the installation could not be scheduled until I had the blinds, which I received on 7/28. I called Blinds Unlimited when they opened on 7/28 and no one returned my call the entire day. On 7/29 I called again and was advised there were no installations available until 8/13. I lost an entire day of scheduling spots because no one returned my call. Now I have 2 huge boxes measuring 10' long and 11' long sitting in my living room until 8/13.

One shade is still it installed incorrectly and the other is defective. I wanted to shop local. I could have bought these shades online for half the price and had them five months ago.
