I'm staring at the shelves like it's a final exam I didn't study for, and this employee with the vibe of a sunshine named Cindy, clocks it immediately. No weird energy, no upsell script, just calm, slightly concerned "I've seen this before" energy. I give the most useless description possible--like "I want something smooth but not too smooth... but also not scary"--and somehow she translates that into an actual, solid recommendation. Whole interaction felt like I got assigned a retail guardian angel for 5 minutes. Drink was actually good too, which is rare because I usually pick bottles based on vibes and font. Anyway, Cindy, YOU are carrying this location on your back. Promote her before another store tries to recruit her like it's free agency. 10/10, would absolutely trust her judgment again.

I think this is really good considering how busy they were Location it's near Cinnabon and Chuze fitness, so it was on the opposite side of the mall from where we entered (Macys). DRINK ORDERED: Banana Pudding Matcha I'm only going to be rating the drink I personally had. RATING: 7/10; I never thought banana pudding and matcha would be a flavor combo I'd drink together, but it was overall decent. I wish they would have put a small layer of banana pudding at the bottom of the cup and then the layer at the top. I was only able to taste the banana pudding until I was almost done with my drink. It's not something I'd drink again personally, but it could be others cup of tea! My other two parties got a Coconut Matcha and Luna Latte and they both gave it a 10/10. So, maybe I just didn't get one of the better drinks on the menu. Overall, my aunt and grandma stated that they would definitely come here again. When we went in (around 8 or so), it was pretty busy. The workers behind the counter seemed like they were working as fast as they could to help get everyone their desired desserts. Luckily there are so many options that we took the time to really look through the menus (which are posted on the walls), the flavors, toppings, and even the sizes. We decided to try one of the new flavors cookies n' peanut butter and we mixed in white Oreos, cookie dough, and graham cracker crumbs. It was SO good!! The ice cream itself had peanut butter slivers in it so there was a perfect mix of flavors in every bite!

Parking is very limited and that lot gets very busy with people coming and going. Experience: When you walk in, the two tablets will be on the left hand side. You place your order, pay and wait to hear your name called at the pick up counter. My favorite is the creme Brule milk tea with no boba. Note: They have tables and games for you to sit, play, and enjoy.

We will be back in a few days to try the cajun boil, and may buy some of the frozen seafood for making our own dishes.

You can get it seasoned lightly or heavily they are great at accommodating. They can even just clean and gut the fish and package it for you to take home and prepare as you best suit it. They typically have tilapia, red snapper, cat fish, and shrimp, but there are some other fish variants as well. As I have become somewhat of a regular they basically know me by name. However they are always kind and treat their customers well. This place is a very welcomed part of the community and we'll recommended to try.
