I ask for extra green chili because I like my fries SMOTHERED, not with one scoop dumped on top while the rest of the fries are dry underneath. I've even offered to pay extra because apparently asking for more chili is treated like some outrageous request. On top of that, the cheese is almost never melted. Since my orders are constantly wrong, I started calling ahead just to politely remind them about the extra chili. Yesterday, the worker recognized me immediately and gave me attitude, saying, "You call here all the time." Yes... because my order is almost always made incorrectly. As a paying customer, I should not feel like I'm inconveniencing employees for wanting my food made properly.
