I ordered balloons for my brothers repass the night before, I asked that they be available by 3pm the next day. I got to the store at around 5pm I walked in and the young lady was on the ladder restocking and said oh I'm sorry I forgot about your order. Her and 2 other employees started to blow up the balloons at that time they mentioned they didn't have the color strings to match the balloons I ordered. I said why didn't you mention this yesterday? They all just gave blank stares. Mind you this was for my brothers home going service my moms wishes. One of the ladies was like well we don't have navy blue.. then she's like oh we don't have white either I'm standing there in disbelief. The balloons weren't ready and now you don't have the correct supplies to complete the job? I settled for what they had. As they were blowing the balloons I noticed they were over filling them I asked for them not to do that but they just stared at me. As a result of the over filling a few balloons popped in the car. I asked them to bag the balloons it was very windy they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. Fast forward I take them to the drop off location I arrive by 6:30pm to set everything up. The service was 3 pm the next day. I get a call while at my brothers funeral that all the balloons were down. They checked the cameras and noticed that around 10pm the night before the balloons started to deflate. I have experience with balloons there's no way they should have deflated that soon. I didn't want to ruin my moms wishes my best friend had to emergency call in a balloon company to try and replace the balloons before the repass. This was by far one of the most stressful events I've experienced. I was so disappointed. I will not be returning and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else on such a special occasion.

Came here on a Tuesday around 5 not packed. There is a lot of stocked Mexican candy, table covers, and balloons of different sizes! Costumer service was okay. Prices were average some did go higher depending on material quality and size. Overall, would come again!

After seeing a reel on IG about this place, I convinced my fiancé (quite easily might I add) that we needed to stop here during our weekend getaway to Catalina. It isn't very far from the port so getting there was a breeze. This cute shop sits on the intersection of a Main Street so it cannot be missed. Parking is off the side street or on the Main Street. Once you walk in you are amazed by the huge selection of candies they have here and the best part, they are reasonably priced. They offer a plethora of Mexican candies, decor, party items and more. We got a little carried away with our selections but we didn't break the bank. They sell the candies by the bundles or individual pieces which is nice because there were a few candies that looked good but I wasn't sure if I'd like them so I took the individual pieces to try them out. If you are looking to fill a sweet tooth or stock up on party goodies, this place is the one to fill those needs.

We drove from Santa Ana to Long Beach bad costumer service they tell you different prices when you walk in they say one price when they ring you up it's a different price the lady there shouldn't even work there her attitude is trash she should not work in retail the other two employees where outside smoking and drinking and taking videos where is this owner then to get a discount they practically force you to write a good review on here on Yelp ! My go to place for balloons. All the workers are super helpful especially since they respond so promptly on Instagram. I'm super busy and only do balloon garlands to help my friends for parties so having them respond with inventory availability on ig helps a lot. They also help suggest what colors I can use when I show them inspo picture. read more

We first opened our Long Beach location as of October 2017, but we have been in business as a party distributor for over 15 years. Hello everyone! I'm Jesus S. and I'm the proud owner of the Dulceria Candy Spot. I'm happy to announce we're open for business and I look forward to meeting everyone. My team and I deliberately work hard to meet the expectations of our customers by actively engaging through social media and all forms of communication. Ambiance inside the Partake Collective provides a modern vibe with a quick grab and go experience. I like how Chef Albert's sweets are set up neatly as soon as you turn the corner up the stairs. Sweets and chocolates are always an eye catcher for me, so I am glad I saw this and got to meet Chef Albert personally. I had to cancel my son's birthday party due to a very contagious virus he caught at preschool. I notified CalJump of this cancellation more than 72 hours in advance and they still have yet to process my refund despite written confirmation that they had. I have tried contacting their business numerous times via call and text and have either been ignored or told that the manager would check on it. If you do purchase their services, be sure to pay with credit in the case you need to cancel your event. They will reverse the charges for you if CalJump does not honor their refund policy.

OMG!!!!! I Love this place i always order from their wide selection of balloons. They are such humble and nice people and willing to help you with any of your needs. I was shopping last minute and got a dozen balloon and a number seven balloon for my daughter on Saturday which was quiet busy, but in 10 min I was on my way to surprise my daughter and maker her moment memorable. They have never failed me, so grateful that this place is open saved myself a drive from LA traffic. Drove by heading down to Northgate and saw this candy store. I was unaware that the owner from candy land also owned this store in Long Beach they have the same amount of varieties of products and merchandise its so convenient. But I will say that the store in Long Beach has way more balloon variety to choose from and more candy products. Same Deals And Same Price!
